I'm guessing they buy Amazon pallets or excess store inventory because once something sells out, you might never see it in stock again. I went in looking for an instant pot as I had seen them posted on their FB page. The people in the store sometimes will give you a discount on the advertised price and sometimes will negotiate. They also have a location on W 38th and one on the East side but I haven't been to the Eastside location. I love their deals and while you can return defective products, you'll get in store credit and not a cash refund so that's something to keep in mind.

Each time I have gone here I have been satisfied with the customer service I had received. The prices are items are your typical prices and love how if you have a target red card you get an additional 5% off your items when you use it. If you don't have a red card definitely join if you like to save money. Also they have target 360 that you can join. It has a lot of great perks and you get a free gift each month. I haven't had any issues with any items I have purchased here before and feel I have always been satisfied.

Reached out to the merchant and they basically told me "tough luck check our refund policy that says you agreed we can screw you!" Claim they will file an insurance claim with the shipper although the damage isn't shipping related and if it's approved I'll get a refund, could take months. Told me their policy won't allow you to file a claim with your credit card company! Sounds like an attempted insurance scam to me and they are trying to screw their customer. I guess this is what you get dealing with a low grade online merchant. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere! It's not worth saving a few bucks!

This trip, I was looking for a few new pieces to refresh my home after removing my Christmas decoration and taking back to storage. My main reason for running around in this bitter cold is to add more greenery, maybe some new artwork (looking for botanicals), and maybe some new throw pillows for additional accent colors.
