People are always kind and friendly explaining everything. They don't rush you you could sit there at the counter and eat your dinner, but you can take it with you as like most Market Basket. It is very very busy all the time so you have to have a lot of patience. that's for sure you can however if you have a small amount of an order, but nothing has to be weighed like banana, bananas or something. One item in the gardening shop had no price. I stopped a very busy clerk and she checked the price for me with a smile. I further ordered my 6 bags of mulch & 2 bags of soil using her order cards at the register. She found the items I requested and rang up the order. My concern was no one is usually available in the garden area to put the stuff in your car (these items are a bit to heavy for me) but she assured me she'd find someone and by the time I went out and brought my car around, there was a young man waiting for me. Kudos to the clerk for following thru (with a smile) and the very police and helpful lot clerk for assistance. I would like to say here, tho, that WM has the staff pile shelves too high. The average home shopper is a woman, the average woman is 5'4" tall...so why are the shelves about 6 feet with boxes on top of boxes? (Please understand this has nothing to do with the gardening center clerk that assisted today, it is a complaint I have about WM in general and some day hope someone will listen.)

The cashier asked me out loud in front of multiple customers that were in line behind me, and stated " What's with the mask? COVID is over you know". I have never been so humiliated in my life. Not only do I have a rare blood disorder, I was also born with Primary Immune Deficiency. Yes I have to wear a mask when I go into crowded areas especially when my white blood count is low. This was degrading and demoralizing and it made me feel embarrassed. I don't think I will ever be able to set foot in this store again. I am already self conscious about wearing a mask and most certainly don't need to be publicly humiliated or reminded of it.You should speak to this employee. Not only is this unprofessional, it is rude and inconsiderate. I just hope that this does not happen to another customer.

They are always willing to assist with anything, whether it is helping me or other customers find products in the store, assisting at self checkout, helping with photo orders and printing, or fixing an issue when something does not ring up correctly. Their customer service really stands out. I also place online orders for in store pickup quite often, and they go above and beyond. Many times, as soon as I walk in, they are already grabbing my order from the shelf and getting me checked out before I even have to say anything. Hands down the best CVS location. Best staff, best service, just an overall great experience every time.

Constantly returning prescriptions on last day of pick-up so prepare to pick up your prescription early and dont pay attention to the amount of time youre supposed to be given. They are rude. The manager of the pharmacy is the worst of them too and rolls her eyes is disrespectful and doesnt care about anything. Ive seen her yell at elders while sitting around laughing and chatting with the other co-workers there and have waited 30+ minutes for a prescription that was supposed to already be ready and nobody was in line. this place should be shut down with how horrible it is.
