1 star only because I have to.I PROMISE TO GOD it is your worst interest to choose this tow company…read morefor your needs...ESPECIALLY if it's a tow.On October 9th I requested roadside assistance threw my aaa because my 2005 audi a8l quattro was over heating really bad and I needed a tow.I had a friend come meet me and wait with me.The tow truck driver Contacted me and informed me he was on his way.I was watching on the tracker threw my aaa app and watched him turn around and head the opposite direction when he was only 0.4 miles away I contacted him to see what was going on and he said aaa dispatched him and told him he needed to go to Biggs junction for a priority supposively an elderly lady was locked out of her car and needed her medication inside.If true understandable.Two hours later he shows up and him and some girl get out of the tow truck she was clearly intoxicated the driver then states that I don't need to wait for him I can head to destination.An hour and a half after I arrive to destination he shows up at this time I noticed he in fact had two people with him.In the midst of him preparing to get my car off of the ramp I hear the girl in the truck laughing and asking him how she is supposed to get out and he says "climb over the seat" while laughing.The driver begins lowering my car and it popped off of the hook he didn't secure and began smashing down the ramp at full speed because he did not put emergency brake on the guy that was with him had to jump in my vehicle to hit the brakes but not before the speed of my car rolling and the impact of it bottoming out ripped my entire front bumper off of my car.Mind you it's an oem bumper discontinued and behind it are many important features of my car such as distance sensors parking sensor impact breaker bar radiator wiring harness for sun roof etc ..ALL EITHER SNAPPED OR BENT.The owner of the company cane and looked at it with her "personal auto body mechanic" and instantly wanted to focus on prior damage that was done in 2019 caused by a fender bender.Very minoot damage .She must have did a carfax on my car to learn about it because you sure couldn't tell by looking at it plus it was the very first thing she said. I OFFERED TO SHOW HER PICTURES OF MY CAR PRIOR BUT SHE DECLINED TO LOOK AT THEM.long story short the owner seriously has no business running a business she offered me a check for $500 dollars because she claimed she couldn't find a replacement bumper when I declined her offer she suddenly had found one for $238 dollars she said she could order.SERIOUSLY MAKES ME WANT TO PUKE IN MY OWN MOUTH.I sent her before and after pictures and a request for only a portion of the estimate I received to fix and or replace everything damaged due to her driver negligence.$3800 and the estimate I got wS 5326 and she continues to try and go around it.This place is the epidamy of BAD BUSINESS.WRECKLES NEGLIGENT CARELESS AND A STRAIT RIP OFF DO NOT DO IT CALL SOMEONE ELSE

This one is a long one...called around to get my box truck towed. Barbers towing said they could…read moretow my truck. Said they would have to unattach my driveshaft due to towing a heavy duty vehicle. Like okay i hear that, they unhook driveshaft and deliver to a discount tire 5 miles away due to my trucks front tire blowing in Milwaukee, thus needing the tow. When dropping it off the driver said discount tire can put it back on, i asked him if he knew that for certain or guessing. He shrugged...we paid then 50$ to unhook the driveshaft to then be told by the driver they cant hook it back up due to legality reasons....when we called the company back next morning asking them for a solution. The front desk lady told us that we lied about our vehicle size and that the cost shouldve been 800+. But we did tell them, texted them a picture and ALSO the driver wouldve "logically " tell us upon arrival that price would change or he cant due it because "we lied about our vehicle" (ill attach pictures of us texting them a picture of our rig). She continued to say that its common and all box truck owners know that upon towing the driveshaft would be unattached and would have to get it reattached on our own dime. Which thats not "common knowledge ". Wouldn't as a tow company, youd want to inform and educate your clients? They said we got a steal of a deal due to their new girl of one week "misquoting us". (Talk about poor management then)... I dont think 800+ for a single tow to then pay more money on top ($250) after the fact to make my truck DRIVEABLE again was "competitive ". Lesson learned only call if you have a small car!

We called around to a few towing companies and decided on Olmos Towing because of their great reviews and pricing and now we understand why they have such good reviews! Marcos showed up right when he said he would, got our car towed, and didn't charge us storage fees for it sitting there over the weekend. After an already stressful situation, being treated with that kind of honesty and kindness seriously restored our faith in humanity a little bit. Great service, fair pricing, and genuinely good people. We will absolutely call Olmos Towing again if we ever need a tow!

After 45 minutes they called back Amd said they had no one to dispatch. We called one of those outsourced call center companies. Called True Towing. Beware of this llke this but Olmos returned the call and it took him 30 minutes to drive out and the. The hook up was easy and the drive to the service shop. He's great company and a really nice person Amd even gave us a lift home aa it was on his way. Restored my faith in humanity and good people. Thank you so much for saving us with our flat tire. It was a great value given the time he took and the care he took with our car. Appreciate it!

Called at 430 to the main office and we had to set an appointment. Main office said nothing about an additional $50 fee, the guy charged it a gate fee because it was going to take him 25 minutes to arrive, which put it after 5pm business hours. Basically you have to have an appointment and be out of the yard by 430 or they steal more money from you. Their sign has a vulture on it, which matches their garbage delaminated trailer office.
