As a woman stranded in a location that was only partially safe, this felt incredibly concerning. There was no sense of urgency or care for my safety, which is unacceptable for a service that people rely on in vulnerable situations. My phone ended up dying and about half an hour later, their truck still came by and located my car based on the brief conversation we had. Even after I explained I couldn't pay for the full service, he stayed professional and focused on getting me safely on my way. He spent real time troubleshooting instead of doing a quick "jump and leave." The jump got it started, but it kept dying immediately after. He ended up staying to help figure out what was going on and even waited until I had enough gas to make sure I was all set. Super respectful, patient, and genuinely helpful in a stressful situation.
