The venue only had one golf cart available to transport items from the parking lot to the venue, despite having two other events happening at the same time. The bartender was also frequently leaving the room and sitting outside on his phone, rather than being attentive to the guests. This is especially frustrating when you're paying a premium price to host an event and expect the staff to be present and engaged. They also charge a $1,500 room fee for the patio, which is an outrageous additional cost considering how little staff attention and support we received. It's honestly a shame because the ambiance is beautiful and the food is decent. The venue has a lot of potential, but the service and management need significant improvement. For the prices they charge, the level of staffing, organization, and attentiveness should be much higher. Management needs to do better.

She started threatening me, arguing that she would close the bar in the middle of my event after I had paid for an open bar, and she refused to serve alcohol to the guests. She is abusive and racist. I have videos and witnesses of how she treated me; she was never kind or polite to me, and she went out to say that they had rules, but they never give you a contract or explain what you need to do. I would not recommend a Hispanic person to hold an event at this place; it was a very bad experience.
