Every time I come with out fail one machine doesn't do what I expect it to. Today for instance I did towels and some darks. The towels went into a super washer and they got clean. My darks went into a double wash and they did not. The driers are hit or miss. My towels are taking for ever even tho I split the load between 3 driers. My darks dried so fast I thought the drier was a super drier so I put some of my towels into that unit.... As I am folding my darks I smell them and they do not even smell like tide. They don't smell DIRTY but they certainly don't smell fresh and clean. This happens usually with one load every time. I can't explain it. Another thing is they are wrinkled af. In my experience clothes should not come out of the drier wrinkled... I mean I used to put wrinkled clothes in the DRIER to quickly UNWRINKLE them. So I don't know. I will try one more time next week before deciding to go some where else. Reg wash $5.25 for the smaller machines. And up if you want a better wash. $8.75 for the super washer. Drying is $0.25 for like 4-7 minutes depending on temperature. My towels have been in for going on 45 mins now I want to say. Maybe it is just me.... ‍

Also, it's same day cleaning The good? For the price, they do a solid job of dry cleaning. If your clothes aren't how you want them when you pick them up, they'll do a "do-over" with no fuss. Granted, the fact that you'll have to come back is annoying, but I really don't expect perfection when I'm paying between 50-75% less than I would elsewhere. Also, at least in my case, they've never damaged any of my clothes. Other places have, but not them. The not-so-good: They kinda try to push you out of the door when you pick up your clothes. Don't let it happen. Make sure your clothes are well done. Also, it almost always smells in there. One last note: I've had my cleaning done at more expensive places, and I do notice the difference. If you want your delicate silk blouse to look immaculate, your skirt to have exact pleating or your 3k dress to look perfect, you should know better than to bring it here. For me, this is a place to bring shirts, slacks, blazers, party dresses (e.g., from Bebe), and winter coats.

There was no receipt to prove I dropped off X number of shirts in the event I got back fewer than I dropped off, or any process to prove that my clothes were not damaged at drop-off. My estimate for pickup was "Maybe Monday, maybe Wednesday". After trying to pick up the shirts on a Saturday (they're closed Saturday), then trying to pick them up the following Monday on the way home from work (they close at 3!) I finally snuck in at lunch the next day. Oops, they're cash and check only (who still uses checks?!). A quick trip to the ATM and I got my shirts.
