However, it appears that there is no way to reach them if necessary after the office visit. I am sorry to learn that the aftercare appears not important. Perhaps that is the Krates structure.

Dr. Langle did an exam for multifocal contact lenses and took a complete history of my eye health. She patiently went over all of my options and took extra time with the exam to make sure I was comfortable with the lenses before I left. She also offered to order an additional contact lense in a different strength so I could try both and see which I was more comfortable wearing. The receptionist was very friendly and explained the cost of the lenses. She also informed me of a rebate that would save me $50. I was extremely satisfied with the doctor and the services. In addition, Dr. Langle is from the neighborhood and is investing in our community. I'd rather steer business to a local gal any day.

Sometimes i express an issue and I can see a disapproving look and agitation. So most times I after being asked how am I? I would just answer "ok" even though I wasn't. And she knew that. It was blamed on another condition. After months of visits she finally said the magic words.."I don't know". Was referred but she never checked to see how I was. I even called and was told by the techs/desk she would not see me until the other doctor saw and cleared me. Don't I as a patient have a choice? Not in this case. The new doctor is now treating this complication from surgery done. I just wished I was referred earlier than letting things worsen blaming it on pre-existing conditions. On the other hand, the office is nice and runs like clockwork to see you.

They were always professional, and the doctor was never like the other doctors today who seem to rush your appointment. That is part of an Advocate Health Care office building and it is adjacent to a surgicenter just off the intersection of I-80 and LaGrange Road, very easy to find for all to find including Uber and Lyft drivers. There is ample parking. This was a yearly follow-up non-emergency appointment in a new setting for my ophthalmologist which included a new pair of glasses for me as I wanted to replace my older ones. My ophthalmologist is a provider at the practice and it was great to see her in her new setting; they are state of the art equipment and computer applications utilized. The staff are excellent. Part of the staffing include an optician who really knows her field. We found a suitable glasses frame very easily. The orientation of the practice accommodates all ages including pediatric care. As I came into the practice via Medicare, supplemental coverage and out of pocket, I do not know their insurance details. When making an appointment, I would ask about insurance coverage including optical. Note: if you wish bring your own coffee; there are vending machines in the space between the office complex and the surgicenter which is near the main entrance to the building.
