Can't ever got ahold of anyone! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE U LEAVE A VOICEMAIL AND NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK OR RESPONDS TO EMAILS! Wanna check on your loved ones forget about it!!!! Went on family day which is every Friday from 3-5pm I drove 3 hours to spend a hour with my loved one! You have to take a hour family class then the last hour u get to see your loved one which is dum! The staff was rude people didn't know what was going on, they kept interrupting the class because they was looking for people and etc. very unorganized! Teacher telling people business. I didn't need to know sally stole the family tv for a rock! Wow and why!!!! I was told no outside food but I was able to go across the street and buy unperishable items! Lmao My bae said he loves it there the staff was nice to him and the women wing was really nice! I just didn't see any of that! All the staff around and no one seems to know where anyone was or what was going on! The lobby smelled like urine STRONG URINE at that! No one answered the door you have a ring camera but don't work! Knocking for 20 mins before someone answered then when I got in there was someone in the office RIGHT BY THE DOOR!!!! Bruh I wanted to cuss that lady out but I kept it classy and very mindful lol. Don't know to much of anything else about this place other then what my bae told me me and he made it seem like this place was the best! We are a vendor who hasn't been paid for nurse services provided in 2023. We provided Landmark Recovery in Cleveland with emergency nurse staffing and they have failed to pay us. They don't respond to emails, you can't get through to anyone at corporate or AP. Very disappointing. Would not recommend doing any type of business with them. read more

I graduated after 30 days and I'm still clean and sober. My stay there was one of the most eye opening, life changing experiences of my life. Praxis of Cleveland by Landmark Recovery is a great place, to detox ,begin the lifetime commitment to recovery and, learn coping and sobriety tools that you will be able to apply from day one. The staff there is amazing! They really care and they were not afraid to challenge my addictive behavior. The nursing staff was caring, professional and always there to assist when approached and spoke in a loving and empathetic way. The staff under the leadership of of Alvin always amazed at how energetic they were, even on the days that I was not. Chris and Rasheed created meals in the cafeteria that were not only tasty but filling and nutritious is countless staff that I interacted with on a daily basis and I can't remember but I want to personally Thank Ms. Tracy, Ms. Turner, Mr. Carl, Ms. Jasmine, Ms. B Ms. Angel Ms. Chucki Ms. Christina, Mr. Earle and the Therapeutic team as a group cause they really worked hard to help me understand who I was and that ADDICTION IS A CHRONIC DEASISE! Last but not lease the residential area staff, really work hard to guide us in the small things, that make a BIG Difference, like out attitude, hygiene and how we conduct ourselves overall Thank you Devin, Auk, Anwan, Mr. Rob, Ms Erica, Ms. Tasha, Leo and Ms. Tye, Sheritta. No place in the world is perfect. However, I truly believe I am sober and a better man for the time I spent at Landmark in Euclid, Ohio. This place is a joke. They don't care about you, all they care about is the money. They leave you walking on the streets with no where to go. About 95 percent of the staff doesn't give two shits about you or recovery. There is no swimming pool, yoga classes, therepy dogs, horse's or anything there website and commercial says is there! They don't teach AA or the 12 Steps. There is 1 TV and 60 guys. When I was there they had 6 OD's and a girl had a miscarriage. Stay the fuck away!!!! My son has been battling addiction for some years. He really liked the staff and program except for not being able to call me except like once a week. He's use to talking to me literally everyday. Due to not being allowed to call me, he decided to leave the program before the 30 days. While he was in there they gave him, his mental health medicines. When he went back on Monday to get his belongings, they informed him that they couldn't release HIS MEDICATIONS because he didn't complete the program. One of the medicines help with his cravings. His insurance would not cover a new prescription because of the medicines they refused to release to him. Insurance said it was to soon to be filled. SO OF COURSE, MY SON ENDED UP RELAPSING. To top that we have discovered that they lie to cover their asses with the state!!! they lied and said he was being given medicine for something else and he wasn't!!!! I was relieved he wanted help and NOW BECAUSE OF LANDMARK.... WE HAVE TO START ALL OVER!!!! PLEASE DON'T SEND YOUR LOVED ONES THERE!!! read more

If I could give a negative star I would. DO NOT send yourself or a loved one here. I am not the type of person who does these review things or even have a bad attitude. I almost always try to accept and make positive out of negative situations. I went to 3 places before this one and was turned down because I am on Methadone treatment and my dose is too high for these places (105mg). After the turn downs this place accepted me with open arms and I was extremely happy to start my detox and be free from this methadone. I knew it was going to be a very hard battle but was prepared to go through it. When I walked through those doors I instantly got so nervous. The staff was so incredibly RUDE! The women in recovery were all loud and screamed and fought with each other every night. It was terrible. I told myself to stay though. Keep my head down and focus on myself and not get wrapped up into the bull crap that even the staff was doing behind close doors. They took me in when nobody would else would. I was so determined. After 9 days of no dosing on my methadone the withdrawal started kicking in and the medication they were giving me for comfort to ease through it was dropping my blood pressure super low. So they had to stop giving me meds due to my blood pressure making me faint it was so low. Well after a little over a day of no meds and I'm in complete withdrawal I decide I want to go home and be sick instead of there. Who wouldn't want to go ! I wasn't getting no comfort and just wanted to be in my own bed till the methadone clinic opened up in the a.m. and I could get a dose and just accept the fact I am going to have to taper off this horrible medication! I dont recommend methadone to ANYONE unless you plan to be on it for life. Anyways......I expressed I wanted to leave and they did what they could to get me to stay but once they realized I had my mind made up and I wanted to leave they all got NASTY with me. They would not release my keys and my cell phone to me. Said I had to wait till the next day. I argued that they could not hold my property on them. It is MY stuff. Said I wanted to see the paper that I signed stating that I understood my valuables I could not receive back for 24 hours. I live in Akron. It is over an hour drive to this place. After 45 min of begging for my keys I gave up and walked straight out the door onto the street till my boyfriend came and got me. We went to the police station and the cop said they get people in there a lot with same issue. Sooooo the next day I call their corporate and said I just want to make sure when I show up I WILL be getting my belongings. Corporate had no clue they were doing this. So after talking with corporate I called the facility itself and said I was on way and asked for a work excuse proving I was in their care. The individual that fought with me for my keys was same guy on phone that I was asking for work excuse from. He laughed and said no that's not going to happen and hung up. Well it happened becuase I called corporate again. Such HORRIBLE staff. The only people in that place that actually care about your recovery and welfare are the nurses. They were down right angels . Do yourself a favor and chose someplace different. read more
