I don't even know how many years we've been coming to this car wash. We've been loyal customers for a long time because they usually do a good job. Today we came in to get a deep cleaning for my husband's car, and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with the cashier. An older lady suddenly yelled at us, "What color is your car?" When I asked why she was yelling, she said if she doesn't yell people can't hear her and that she can't hear if people speak quietly. She then continued to respond in a very irritated tone and said we weren't paying attention. This was actually the first time we heard her ask, so the whole interaction felt unnecessary and quite rude. We stayed and got the service because they usually do a good job, but it honestly put us in a bad mood first thing in the morning. As a fellow Korean, I also felt disappointed. Respect should go both ways, and being older shouldn't mean speaking to customers in that manner. read more

Quick work, nice workers, and great bang for your buck! I've been driving past this place for years and just tried them for the first time today. My car looks amazing, and they also did detail on the inside for a great price! Only about $28.99 for wash and detail, which is pretty amazing. You leave your keys in the car and they handle everything. I requested that they ignore the backseat since I had a large item, and they did. Inside there were massage chairs, arcade games, as well as gum/small food items and car accessories and smell-good trinkets. It's really a 1 stop shop! We paid $10 to relax in the massage chairs for 30 minutes while they detailed and cleaned our cars. It was my first time here but I will definitely be back! read more

While the man was detailing the exterior, this lady that was selling food came up to him and while he made that food purchase, he allowed for that lady to put a hot food tray ontop of the hood of my vehicle. The car wash was sloppy--there was still dust on the seats and floor mats, bird droppings left on the windshield, and the car smelled awful after the wash because the towels they used had a sour odor, plus they added an overpowering air freshener. When I pointed out the issues, instead of apologizing or offering to fix it, the staff just got defensive and snapped, "Where else?!" as if I was the problem. We've been coming here for a very long time, whenever we are in the area. If I lived closer to Ktown, this would probably be my first option. I always like the finished product when I get my car washed here. A lot of other similar options, especially on the westside, don't do that air spray around the side view mirrors. That's my biggest pet peeve when I drive off and the water accumulated there will dry on my doors and be impossible to get off. They get very busy, especially on weekends when I'm there. They also don't rush, which is nice. So I highly recommend this place. read more

Because I had appointment in one and half hour , which I need to drive to my appointment for 30 minutes. Best car wash in LA. However, they were raided by the ICEstoppo and have scaled back their service . My heart breaks for these hard workers. They are meticulous with their work. Spotless every time. This car wash has been my go to for the last 20 years. Many moon's ago, combo 1 car wash was under $18. Now it is $30ish. I opted for combo 2 which is $36ish. I hate to give it two stars but my wash was not worth it. With inflation the prices have double. As it is a "hand wash" I figured it would be a bit pricier and the prices are plastered everywhere when you pull up. However, I realized that my wash was a dollar more than indicated. I mentioned it to the cashier inside and she said it was for larger vehicles. This is not indicated anywhere. Also, I have never been charged the extra dollar as its a small crossover and not considered SUV or truck. Lastly, the wash was ridiculous! My car was STILL dirty after the wash. I took it home when I realized how dirty it was and gloups of armor all everywhere. If you are charging double, at least have the same standard and quality of service. Jus left the car wash the last two experiences have been less then good. Today I was told they were only doing express washes for 14.99 which if that's the case then okay. But every other carry was getting the full service wash dry interior wipe down car freshener. I was only offered express which includes wash dry and vacuum. Well the car was not completely vacuumed I have a small suv the truck was not vacuumed which was the only reason I went to the car wash was for the vacuum. Upon leaving the car wash I noticed that my back window was down and the inside of my car was wet as well as the food I had in my car someone had taken. I get here right when they open on Saturdays as they get pretty busy. They always do a great job and are very detailed in their work. Always happy with how well they take care of my vehicle and how clean it is inside and out especially for how many road trips I do and how dirty my vehicle can get. read more

I'm obsessed with my car and spent a lot from my current lease so I never take my car anywhere that I am dubious size. Today was my first time at this car wash and can honestly say they did a great job. I have a 2021 BMW X4 M and chose the combo #2. They did a great job cleaning the interior and exterior and I definitely feel it was a good deal. It was $32 for combo #2, but combo #1 is $27. It's not the fastest car wash that I have been to, particularly because it's so busy, but I think it's the best one that is close to DTLA. It seems most of the carwashes are in West LA but being that I near the DTLA area today, this was the best option. I would definitely recommend. read more

They did a great job vacuuming all the floors which were messy after a couple hiking trips. They cleaned the interior windows too. All in all, they did a great job. Love my wash every time I come. They treat my car with care, and attention to detail. It's gotten a bit expensive I feel like the combo washes go up a few dollars every once in a while. In 2022 I remember paying $25.99 for a wash. Today I paid $37.99 for combo 2. BUT., They do an amazing job! The owner is very funny, and can answer any questions you may have about the car wash. I had a really ridiculous experience here today. I had to pick someone up at the airport tomorrow, so I decided to go for a car wash. Before heading there, I wondered if I needed to fill up on gas, so I checked the dashboard. It showed I could drive 388 miles, so I figured I didn't need gas and only needed the car wash. I'm saying this because I clearly remember the number. After the car wash was done and I started the car to head home, the dashboard showed that I could only drive 266 miles! Hahahaha!!! I badly needed a carwash, so I tried this place. All staff wore mask, and customers were required to wear masks. They also observed social distancing with floor markers and signs. Now for the wash. I usually prefer hand wash carwashes to rotating brush washes, so this was a great option. My car went in looking a matte gray and came out soo shiny and new looking. The interior was well vacuumed and completely wiped down, and the exterior was very well clean and dried. Overall, it was a job well done. read more

I took my vintage 1982 Mercedes 300 SD in to have the engine steam cleaned and couldn't be happier with the result!!! This car has 57,000 original miles on it and is in excellent condition but the engine bay, having never been cleaned was slathered in oil and leaked diesel and grit and grime. Seriously it looked like the Exxon Valdez oil spill under there just from all the years of detritus accumulating. I got the leaky fuel lines fixed and went straight to Olympic Car Wash. $80 later I not only had a pristine engine bay but the deal included a car wash and interior clean up as well! #WhatADeal!!!!!
