It's been about 6 months since I got a car wash and a wax, so was looking for a place that could do both for a decent price. Called here and was able to schedule an appointment the same day. Because I lived close by, they were able to come to me and wash my car right there on the street. Paid $90 + $10 tip for a wash and wax, and was even offered to clean the inside of the car as well for no extra cost, but I was getting lunch in another area so declined that service. I work for a construction company that works at residential buildings and my guys accidentally let a mix of paint and concrete water splash on this tenant's car. It wasn't much but it was very noticeable that the car was splashed. This happened back in June forward to now and I barely received the complaint about it. I found Lobos on Yelp by searching mobile business in Koreatown and I am glad I did. Imagine now the tenant decides not to ever wash the car and allowed all of that stuff to dry on. I scheduled a visit and the tenant flaked on us due to an unforeseen event. Even then Lobos Car Wash rescheduled with me and provided no extra fee what so ever for the visit. Once we finally arranged our meeting, the stains weren't coming off with a normal detail! Lobos reassessed the job and spent more time on it and in the end, the job was amazing. The tenant was happy, the client for the construction job is also happy and my boss is happy! He charged me an extra fee for the time lost and the appointment missed due to the issue needing more than normal exterior detail. In the end he saved me hundreds on a detailed shop visit.
