Have had our tub for 14 years. We have a Hot Springs oxygen model that still looks and acts brand new. Had a maintenance tune up years ago and just replaced our cover for the second time. Covers do get too heavy to keep using comfortably and our previous new and then the 1st replacement each lasted 7 years. Olympic is very customer oriented. If you talk to someone they get back to you and email confirmations. If you call and the person you initially talked to is not there the person who takes your message absolutely passes it on to the right person. Nothing falls thru the cracks. The field service people show up at the exact appointment time and call ahead to confirm the arrival. Over the years, each person has been super pleasant and answered any questions we had on tub operation and care. Thanks to T'Aira in the office for getting us the right cover and Drew installing it with our extra requests. They were our superstars this time. People, buy your hot tub here!! read more

I own 2 hot tubs, one for a vacation rental and one for my home. When I bought the tub for the vacation rental, a small cabin. I told the salesperson that it would be for a vacation rental but she obviously didn't know the product lines. I did a lot of research ahead of time. I couldn't decide between the Sorrento and the Jetsetter. I bought the Sorrento for the vacation rental, which was a mistake, and about a year later I bought the Jetsetter for our home. We have had so many problems with the Sorrento and it costs me $100 per month in labor to maintain the tub, not including the chemicals and the frequent, expensive repairs. Where the tub is placed it is built in and would have to be removed with a crane. I spoke with the Manager and the owner about having been sold the wrong tub and neither apologized or offered much of a remedy. Definitely not "Making it easy to take it easy." Very poor customer service. read more

I just slipped out of what I call my "gorwnup security blanket" last night & thought I should share how awesome our Vanguard hot tub is. If I'm chilled, stressed, tired, sore or wanting to visit with friends... I'm in my hottub. Had it about 5 years now. Only one issue, but Reg was out and $35 later (cuz nearly EVERY issue is under warranty for 5 years) I had a new curcuit board. I always thought the water chemistry would be complex or a pain, but with a Hotspring Spa it's not at all - very easy. I also thought I wouldn't use it. Boy was I wrong there! I confess it's my "ready-to-go" bathtub and my personal quiet time and for my husband (a chef on his feet all the time) the "foot cannons" as he calls them are a life saver. DO test the spas out in their showroom -- can do it after hours as the jet strength & placement is important. Other brands don't compare in quality, strength or elegance. The little extra you'll pay for a Hot Spring Spa will be worth every penny. And I promise; This will be one of your greatest comforts in your home! read more

I bought a Limelight Flair in April 2009 and one year later I'm still VERY satisfied with the tub, and my experiences with Olympic staff. The tub: I spent some time researching my options, from Costco, online vendors and Olympic, and decided that the extra cost of buying from Olympic would get me a tub that was significantly more aesthetically pleasing. I decided I'd rather have a tub I'd be very happy with for a long time, than one that was just "so-so" because I wanted to save some money. On this count, I've been right. I LOVE MY TUB! I use it 3-4 times per week, after work and after running or working out. I also decided that the extra cost of buying from Olympic was worth not having to figure out to deal with tub delivery from Costco or an on-line vendor, and having to figure out how to move the tub into place. On this count, the delivery of the tub was super slick. The three young guys had it off the truck, moved across various terrain (concrete, undulating grass) and seated on the low deck in my back yard within 5 minutes. I can't even imagine how I would have made that work on my own, hiring guys to help move it, figure out the engineering/method of transport, etc. I was too afraid of damaging the tub on my own. So, my second reason for going with Olympic was validated by the ease and lack of stress about the delivery and set up. Last, the tub is amazing. Different jet patterns in each seat mean I can hit the various places that need attention, low back, neck, shoulders. Sitting in a friend's generic hot tub now just feels like sitting in a bath of warm water b/c hers doesn't have the different jets and different jet power settings. And then, there's the fun of the LED lights, with lots of different colors, plus the loop settings where the LEDs cycle through the color options at various speed settings and brightness. I know i'm being a bit of a geek, but the LEDs make the tub experience especially fun. The only downside is that one of the LEDs has been out of sync since the tub was only a few months old, and while I've had it checked out once, it sounds like this is a common problem with LED's. It doesn't bother me too much so I haven't asked the service department to take the repair order to the next step of replacing the light. One different light color from the rest in a way makes it a little more interesting. The staff: my salesperson, Val, was knowledgeable and friendly and made the process easy. She's very outgoing. The bottom line of course is one has to have their own values and budget in mind when making this kind of purchase. I decided to take the long view and spend more money than I'd originally intended, and I haven't had any regrets for doing so. read more

Anytime we have ever called, whoever answers the phone goes way beyond the call of duty to help you! I now have about 5 friends who have bought tubs from them. Shop around, ask around... We were so impressed with the service and quality of Olympic Hot Tubs. We met with Don at the showroom and he showed us all the tubs and as soon as we saw the Limelight Flair, we knew it was the one we wanted. We were in the middle of a remodel, so we weren't ready to get the tub yet, so Don told us to wait until mid August during their anniversary sale and we saved over $1000 on our purchase. The tub is definitely the highlight of our remodel! We use it several times a week, even my husband who didn't think he would use it, is in it all the time! We looked at several tubs and went to a 'hot tub show', but we settled on Olympic Hot Tubs because of the service and quality products. Don came out after the tub was installed and showed us how to use it and how to keep it in great working order. The maintenance is so easy! The hot tub was definitely a splurge for us, but we have never regretted the decision to get one. read more

After using the hot tub for about a year, there was an issue with the material used to coat tubing for the jets that caused white flakes to appear in the tub. The problem didn't go away on its own, and in order to remedy it, Olympic arranged to have a brand new tub delivered (via crane) to our house with some upgrades. We originally bought the tub due to customer service reviews, and were unlucky to have a major problem. Thankfully we bought from Olympic and they came through for us! read more

We needed to replace our older 11 yr old Olympic Hot Tub. Itj is recessed 20" into a surrounding deck. They came out with four guys and plucked the old tub out and replaced it with the new tub before I could even get home. It was a tight fit as a tree had grown up since the first one and made the space available very tight. They have been very easy to deal with and help me select the new tub and cleaning system I desire. Very professional with wonderful follow through. read more

We went in to get a sauna years ago and it was great that we could try it out as many times as we wanted. Val helped us out and she was great! I've always wanted a hot tub and it was the end of the year so we got a good package deal on both together. I have been very pleased with the support of Val and the service centers. We hired Dave, a contractor recommended by Val, to make our patio right for the hot tub. He did a great job - he moved and placed tons of landscaping bricks all by hand. I wanted a sauna as I had been regularly using traditional saunas for years and had heard about the health benefits of the far infrared. We had just built a cabin on our property and made sure that a sauna would fit in it. My wife and I went to Olympic Hot Tub to see their sauna options and Val helped us figure out which model would work for me, being 6'5'' and my wife who wanted to lay down in the sauna. I enjoyed working with Val - she did not pressure us and encouraged us to take our time deciding and come back often to evaluate our options of what to buy. My wife and I bought our hot tub from Olympic in 2004. It was great. We would use it whenever we could. We would usually have the neighbors over on Saturday night for a good soak and a few drinks. It was so much fun and so relaxing. Then in 2005 I was told I had advanced cancer that was not operable. My life changed drastically. I have to go get infusions monthly and receive various other treatments. I was really having a hard time of it. It would take me two days to recover from the infusion treatment. My wife suggested that I try the hot tub after going to the doctor. At first I would say, well maybe later and never get to it. Then I finally tried it. It was wonderful. All the hot water and bubbles would just soothe my aches and pains away. I found that I would sleep better also. I now go in the hot tub when ever I have 10-15 minutes to spare. Some days I am in there morning and night, even if it is just for a few minutes. I did not know at the time we bought the spa that it would help me so much, I thought it was just for fun. I will always be in debt to Don, our Olympic salesperson for convincing us that Olympic was the way to go. And I know sitting in the spa has helped me greatly. This is hydro therapy at its best.
