They are both wonderful & have great techniques. Very thorough with the massage. I don't go to any other spa aside from here & would recommend if you are considering. They ask you if the pressure is ok during the massage & if you have any focus areas, they do a great job digging in. I don't see why you wouldn't go here! Very polite staff. I really enjoy getting my massages here. I first brought my mom here for her birthday and she and I were very pleased with the quality of massages we received. Before the appointment you have the option of customizing your massage to meet your needs which is really nice. This is the place to visit especially if you have tight muscles. My career is very taxing on the body and after my visits here, I feel 100 times better. The front desk/owner Alice is also very kind and welcoming. She does her best to make sure that your experience is excellent. During one of my massages she checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable which was very nice. Great experience from initial phone call to the massage. I called around 10:04am today (MLK Day) to make sure they were open and accepting walk ins. The lady on the phone said yes and that I could come in any time. I showed up around 10:40am and was immediately helped and set up in a room after filling out a short questionnaire. The room was dim, with soft music playing. The bed was heated with soft, clean bedding. There was a fake fireplace on the wall that gave it that at-home, comfy feeling. My masseuse came in shortly after and introduced himself as Leo. He made sure to check in with me throughout the massage to ensure the pressure was okay. He focused a good amount of time on my upper back, shoulders and neck as I asked. I have zero complaints! And towards the end, he used the hot stones to also massage. Literally one of the best massages I've ever had, if not the best! I walked out feeling so good and ready for my day ahead! I will admit that I wasn't expecting a man to give my massage but he made me feel comfortable and did such an amazing job. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend Olympic Spa to anyone. I found this place on Yelp some years ago Ive been going every since. They never disappoint. Today I called literally 30 minutes prior for an appointment and they were able to get me in. I usually bring my mom because she loves this place too. I always park in the back and walk through. The lady at the desk is really nice and helpful she also schedules the appointments. Today I did a 60 minute hard pressure with hot stones with Michael. IT WAS AMAZING! He is the best for hard pressure. He checks in on you to make sure it's perfect. I love that the beds are heated as well as the oil. There's also fire places in each room and tranquil music playing. When you are finished they give you a cup of water. I got problems with my lower back, hop and right leg. So I asked for a male therapist to do a deep tissue message. He was very professional and very good with the pressure. I got a free hot stone message which was wonderful at the end of the back message. I did 1 hour with him and it was worth every penny. Overall, Olympic is great. I have been coming here for one year and I've only had two terrible experiences, both with the same masseuse, Lee. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe with him. I had to end the first massage early due to his behavior. Olympic offered me another massage by a different person on both occasions. If I remembered his face the second time, I wouldn't have stayed on the table. Lee is reason i'm not giving 5 stars. Coco is amazing and knows the body well. Stacey, As the review states and you admitted the reason why this entire issue arose was because I booked a PRENATAL MASSAGE and you and the masseuse were not prepared and DIDN'T KNOW I WAS EVEN PREGNANT. Instead of just telling me you could not accommodate me, you spoke in another language in front of me and then attempted to set up the room while I was waiting in it. I could tell by the tone the masseuse had no clue and was not prepared. It also showed since she ONLY MASSAGED my back and no other areas such as my feet. I specified in your paperwork I would like to have extra attention on this area. How do you miss that completely and only rub the back for 90min?? The reason why I did not complain immediately after was because this was a birthday gift from my husband. I spoke to him afterwards thinking he may have booked the massage incorrectly but he did not. It was your mistake for missing the fact that it was a prenatal massage for a pregnant woman then not admitting to it and wasting my time. It would have been more professional to reschedule the massage. Since I am 7 months pregnant and have children at home, it is not easy for me to go back and hope that you will either give the money back or offer the proper services. This review was written after I emailed same day asking for a refund. I was responded to two days later with either a massage or a refund by some other means of downloading apps and figuring out how to accommodate your way instead of a credit card refund since you did not reply the same day as my email and services rendered. This review was posted after waiting 16 days for the refund, communicating and no longer receiving a response, and NEVER GETTING A REFUND. My boyfriend called in to Olympic Spa on a Friday afternoon to see if they had any availability for a couples massage and luckily they had an opening in an hour. This was our first time there and it won't be our last. Once we got there, we filled out some paperwork, got our temperatures checked by the main lady working at the front desk. I didn't get her name but from the other reviews I've read, I'm pretty sure it's Alice. Everyone is masked and you are required to wear your mask during the massage. I will say it was a little uncomfortable in the mask while being facedown into table but these are times were in and that was okay for us. They put us in the couples room. My bed was heated which was nice at first but I got kinda hot. So if you like that, I would request for the heated bed. We had a 60 min massage and it was really nice and relaxing. We didn't get the names of our masseuses but it was 1 guy and 1 girl. They were both really attentive and asked how the pressure felt when needed. They offered a free hot stone with the massage so I got that and it was very relaxing. After the massage they give you a water bottle. We were given a stamp card which we will keep using until we get a free massage! They take cash or card. They do have a atm in the front but I don't know the fee. read more

The price was very reasonable. I was very wary of the female boss/manager. She kept insisting we leave any tips (cash only she said) with her. Now, I'm not a greenhorn nor was I born yesterday, but many bosses of restaurants or these type of services, don't always give the entire tip left by customers, to the person who waited on you. Well, read ALL the Yelp reviews, 5 stars, No Way... This was the strangest massage I have ever had. First, the outside of the place at night with a neon red massage light should have been my first clue. The place is kind of seedy. I walked in and paid with a credit card but they ran out of ink and couldn't print a receipt. And love the ATM machine right by the reception desk! I filled out a form of areas to work on but when I tried to tell my masseuse to focus on my left side, shoulder, thigh, calf etc. I realized he had no idea what I was saying as he barely spoke English and the guy from reception had to come translate. I was partially scared most of the time not feeling confident at all that this guy knew what he was doing and hoping he didn't injure me. The biggest relief was when it was over. I didn't want to give him a tip but the woman who I guess is the manager demanded that I give him a tip and since the front door was locked I just wanted to get out of there. Went here for a couples massage with my wife. The shop is clean and the rooms are also clean and peaceful. Our masseuses were professional and courteous and we definitely left feeling very relaxed. They provided complimentary water with the service, which was nice. Maybe there is an upcharge to this, but a few other places I've been to use diffusers in the rooms and common areas to have a pleasant scent.
