This is a review about how they treat their customers. After the experience described below, obviously I didn't get a massage, but read on. I used to frequent this spot a few years back, the massage was OK then but due to lack of good customer service, I stopped visiting them. I placed a review here, explaining my encounter, which was not so positive. They immediately contacted me and demanded that I'd take the review down. They threatened me to take legal action if I didn't. It's not my style to pick a fight for such nonsense, so I took it down. Yesterday, thinking that a few years passed, maybe they adjusted their attitude, I wanted to give another try and walked in. I stood at the lobby for a few minutes, and a woman appeared from dark, no greetings whatsoever, no hello, no "can I help", very unfriendly... she stared at my face with blank eyes and said "busy", not even a full sentence, just one word. OK, I left. I was kinda determined to visit them, 4 hours later I stopped by again. Same woman with the same condescending attitude, this time she said they only had one masseuse. That was a bit more understandable but wasn't an excuse for the continuously rude behavior. Obviously I left with empty hands again. Today, I decided to visit for one last time and went there around 11:00. Similar scenario as yesterday... that rude, obnoxious woman came out of dark again, not saying a single greeting word, no "Hi", no nothing, not even looking at my face, all she said in a very snobby and dismissive and incredibly rude tone was, "try another time", turned her back and walked away. I was left standing there, perplexed, offended, insulted... and put my tail between my legs and left. I should mention that, each time, before I walked in, I called them. I used to go to family spa on treat blvd but they only used lotion which doesn't glide as well for massages. Excellent overall experience. Made an appointment late afternoon the day prior for as soon as they opened. My masseuse was Tracy. They were not accepting credit card transactions when I came in due to the machine not working, so I had to run over to the ATM and grab some cash. No worries, they were very patient. Went in to the room, it was nice and dimly lit, with some small colorful lights for accent. Table was nice and clean with a paper insert for where my face goes. Tracy went to work right away and I swear she could feel or sense where my worst knots were!!! Incredible, lots of elbows and forearm sliding on my back and shoulders. The pressure was great and I felt my knots releasing more with every stroke. After spending a great amount of time on my entire back, she moved on to my legs. Some light massaging and light stretching. After that she had me turn over and worked on my neck and shoulders a bit, and then moved on to my feet, where she proceeded to give me a very thorough and strong foot massage. She worked my arches like they owed her money!!! At the end, she asked if I was all good or if anywhere else needed attention. I said no, and she left so I could get dressed. When I came out there was a cup of ice cold water waiting for me. Overall I was very pleased with my experience, and for $60 for an hour long massage, I would go again and again. Areas for improvement: #1 There was really no consult beforehand about where my problem areas where, if I had any injuries or sensitivities, etc.. But like I said she hit my knots very well, so maybe she just senses and goes with it, but I am used to a quick consult beforehand, and I think it would be helpful to set customers at ease. #2 I feel she spent 75% if the time on my back, 20% on my feet and the legs were an after thought. Again, it worked for me, as my back and shoulders are my main problem area, but as that wasn't discussed ahead of time, It left me wondering if I did have sore legs, if they would have received the attention the needed. Those should not be taken as complaints, just suggestions for improvement. And it could have just been me, at that appointment time at that day. Excellent experience, I highly recommend this place for a massage that is on par with massages at double the price. read more

Surprise! What a hidden gem! Pay in cash you get a better deal. Man I melted! I got a1 hour back massage and a half hour foot massage. They pamper you and massage the $%&@ out of you! That's good by the way. The only issue is it is very difficult to communicate in English. I am a dentist so my back is always tight and require frequent massages. So I think I know a thing or two about good massages. This place is definitely not one of top places in the area. Masseuse just went through the motion, lathering on oil without actually feeling for the knots. A good masseuse can actually feel where you need work even without you telling them. The other annoying thing is, she left the room 5 times to answer the phone in 40 minutes period.
