"Woohoo! As good as it gets!" is right... John and Rhia have been beyond anything I could have dreamed up. I found them on a whim, literally, by walking around the jewelry mart on Hill and I thank the heavens I did. My husband and I had been walking around for some time, trying to find a new ring to replace my broken ring. We had talked to some fast talkers who were willing to swap out my existing diamond into one of their generic rings on display, ASAP. I didn't feel comfortable and insisted we leave... on our way out to the elevator and back to our car, I saw the rings on display at Olympics and looked further in and saw Rhia's smiling face. I couldn't help it but gravitate towards her. I told them what I wanted, they showed me what they had and it was in line with my vision, but not 100%. John then said something that I will never forget, he said: "Julie, I will not let you buy a ring today. I want you to go home and think about it and then come back to me with what you are dreaming of." So different than any other jeweler that I talked to that day. I did what he said and a week later I came back with photos and a vision and he said he could do it, and he did!
