Overall, I could not recommend this community any less. It's best to not have any expectations, because you will be disappointed at every turn. I've lived in communities managed by Windsor in other cities, so I know what quality and good service is, and this is not that. The finishes are cheap, the gate is broken more often than not, there are periods where the package system is broken and you can't get packages, security is seemingly nonexistent when called for after-hours noise complaints, etc. The biggest issue is noise - the walls and floors must be paper thin if having constant bass thumping, hearing exactly what your neighbor is watching, or listening to them gaming loudly at all hours is "normal noise" the office can't do anything about. Good luck getting responses in a timely manner as well. When you do finally get a response weeks later (probably after you had to follow up), your issues will be minimized and belittled - on the plus side it doesn't seem solely directed at women based on other reviews (so at least looks like it's equal opportunity unhelpfulness). Be prepared to pay $5,000 to break a lease even when you've had documented issues over the entire period of your lease and have started trying to avoid your home or not invite people over because you're embarrassed to live here. Maybe choose to live here if you never work from home and are gone in the evenings - basically you can maybe sleep here with a sound machine if you're lucky. Pool also gets loud (luckily it seems to be out of commission pretty often), parking fees are rising, and you can expect large rent increases every time you renew because you're nice and trapped. Packages go missing and you'll get random knocks on your door. Happy to pay the $5,000 to break this lease and leave this community in the rearview, but save yourself from signing a deal with this particular devil - you'll regret it. Your home is of vital importance to your mental health, and it's just not worth it to deal with Olympus, where you're less than an apartment number and more just a source of predatory capital. There are so many better and newer communities - don't waste your time or hard-earned money on this one. Oh also, they'll charge you hundreds at move-out for things like front door paint, which seems like an exterior item. read more
