The 4 of us recently stayed a 2 BR unit managed by Two Casitas. We were 2 couples, and my friend Bob was correct in that this sort of arrangement together was better than booking a hotel and retreating to our individual hotel rooms each night. As such, we all had a great time together of which this VRBO enhanced our experience. At the same time, there was sticker shock, as on top of the per night charge was a host fee, service fee, and sales tax. The add-ons came to about 50% of the per night rate. Once I got that out of the way, the house was handsome, well maintained, roomy, modern, immaculate, and comfortable and in a great highly walkable (to the Plaza) location. Gayle and I slept well in our room, with lots of storage, and featuring a strong hot shower. It was great for the 4 of us to get together in the common areas, including the living room and the outdoor patio with fire pit. In fact one night we sat out there for hours over pizza and beer and chatted the evening away. The Kitchen was well appointed, although the "coffee maker" mentioned in the listing was actually a Keurig coffee pod machine. A few opportunities for improvement: WIFI didn't really work as it dropped in and out frequently and when it was on, it was weak at best. Bob had planned to do some work during our time together and came up a bit short there. The rest of us just used cellular. I also wish there was a little more product available in the shower, of which we supplemented thanks to a nearby CVS. I'll give this experience 5 Stars (despite the nits) as it helped make our long Santa Fe Weekend convenient, safe, and special. Gayle and I will be coming back next year and we'll look Two Casitas over again, while keeping aware of the pricing components (including alternatives), location, and WiFi. read more

Three nice-sized bedrooms, two beautiful modern bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room make this a great place for a family or couples - and the hot tub out back was fabulous! I looked at several vacation rental sites when planning our first Santa Fee vacation. The photos of Casa Anita at 624 Galisteo Street caught my eye. The unit had recently been updated, with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. When we arrived, those pictures were very accurate. Beautifully decorated, pristine and full of that Santa Fe vibe. The unit has two full baths, so that gave my wife and I our own washrooms. Upstairs is a tub and shower, downstairs a shower only. The bath lighting and heaters are really neat. There is a small patio in the front, but a much larger one in back. Both with lots of comfy furniture to take in the wonderful climate. The upstairs bedroom featured a comfy modern bed and a large walk-in closet. There is a cute porch on the second level to enjoy a morning coffee. What wowed us was how well equipped the unit was for our four-night stay. Lots of laundry and dishwasher detergent, paper towels and toilet paper, so skip buying those. A pound of Santa Fe coffee with powered creamer and sugar were in the refrig. On the kitchen table was a bottle of wine, chips and salsa and water. How thoughtful! The location is super close to downtown and was very quiet. Our reserved parking space was right next to our unit. Two Casitas was a first-class vacation rental agency. Super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend renting a Two Casitas property! The staff/service/cleanliness is impeccable. We stayed in La Luz and it was perfection. La Luz feels tucked away and is so private, but it is close to everything. The hot tub was exceptionally clean and was piping hot for our arrival. The location couldn't be better. On the day we did not ski, we were only a short and lovely walk to the plaza. The drive to the ski resort was close and easy. We have stayed in vacation rentals that overlook a comfy living space, but this one was great. We were able to watch movies and play card games. We had the best time and Two Casitas made everything so smooth and easy. We can't wait to go back! read more

We stayed at "Linda" this month and couldn't have asked for better accommodations. With essentially two master bedrooms and plentiful seating in the main room, it easily accommodated the four of us, with each couple having a king bed and their own bathroom. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment for cooking and dining. The beds were comfortable and unit was very quiet. The Welcome Gift was a nice selection of local food and very much appreciated! When we return to Santa Fe we'll rent from Two Casitas again. read more

I'll start by saying this casita is wonderful. Kitchy... comfortable... cool art in every nook and cranny. Comfortable beds. One good bathroom, one functional bathroom. Super responsive management. Great view - day and night. Our stay was great. And then.... Advice to owners: Do something with your grounds. When we first drove up, we both said, "Uh oh!" Weeds, dirty furniture, a tattered and unwelcoming 'welcome mat'. The back yard is worse. More weeds, a broken fence. For NO money, they could triple the curb appeal by just doing some yardwork. For a LITTLE money, they could add some native shrubs and cactus, put some nice mats at the doors. This place isn't cheap, and we were expecting the outside to match the inside. The condo, which felt more like a casita, was well-furnished, comfortable, quiet and convenient to Canyon Road, hiking trails, the Railyard and the square. Could not have had a better location! Our unit had multiple outdoor spaces for use, which was a nice afternoon retreat after morning activities. Kitchen well-equipped with the essentials (spices, oil, vinegar, coffee, sugar; also pots, pans, baking dishes and utensils) so you aren't starting from scratch if you want to cook. I stayed at the 1 bedroom Besos casita on a quiet dirt road close to Canyon Road. It was a gift to receive a notification that the house was ready early and I found much needed snacks on the coffee table. The casita is adobe construction and charmingly "rustic". Super clean, organized kitchen including cupboards and drawers. The only views are of the charming surrounding houses and the sky so if you're looking for New Mexico panoramas you'll need to drive. I've rented many places over the years and this management company tops the list. I've never been told, "lock up and go." It's usually, "Start a load of towels or more." A+ Two Casitas. read more

Great stay in October; very nice host as well. Location was ideal for downtown (a little bit of a hike or easy drive). The capital was close by too. The casita is perfect for couples wanting a quaint getaway. *Bonus points for the cat that lives next door which was always on the lookout at one of its windows for when we returned. read more

We booked a house in Santa Fe with TwoCasitas and it was lovely. We loved the house ("La Luz"), which was tucked on a tiny street just in between the plaza and Canyon Rd. Great location. The house was lovingly maintained and cared for. We enjoyed the fireplaces, beautiful kitchen, and the art in the house. Everything with TwoCasitas was seamless, they were very responsive and helpful. Even when we had to make a change in our stay just a few weeks before our reservation. House was super clean and when we arrived the heating had been turned on and we walked into a cosy beautiful home. Appreciate the snacks and nice toiletries. We LOVED our stay at Two Casitas Amor property in Santa Fe. We needed an iron one evening - the one their didn't work - we texted asking for a working iron to be brought over at their convenience and they showed up within 30 mins with a brand new one! I am incredibly picky about cleanliness and could not have been more impressed with how clean everything in the house was - bathrooms, floors, etc - I don't think there was a spec of dust anywhere! The only two drawbacks - there are PLENTY of pillows, but none of them are very good. And the driveway is VERY challenging - there is a tree/bush that we think needs to be removed that would make it a bit easier to navigate. Otherwise - can't recommend Two Casitas enough. This place has all the bells and whistles!! Large bedrooms, huge kitchen and enough sitting areas for everyone if they don't want to hang with others. Our girls trip spent most of the time in the giant hot tub! We only spent 1 full day in the pool. Even though it was heated, it was SO windy for most of the week it was just too cold. We had a couple of issues due to the wind and one hard rain, but they responded immediately and quickly with a fix. Everyone we dealt with was kind and helpful. I also can tell you 4 people can sleep comfortably in the master bed after drinking and dancing around to TSwift. If/when we come back to Santa Fe we will be booking with Two Casitas!! read more

Our first time using this property mgmt company for the lovely casita, BELLA. Just my husband and myself and our dog. Beautiful safe neighborhood, walking distance to Plaza, very tranquil surroundings. It is very small and I had wished a few times to be in a hotel with more to walk around and relax in. Casitas have small windows and sometimes I felt closed in. This is just me, my husband loved it. We both were impressed by the very highend appliances! Have never seen a fridge with a black interior. Very cool. Did not like that it did not have a water filter however. Buying jugs of water was a drag. Glad I brought my slippers because the tile can be hard on your feet and it's very cold, which our dog did like! Great bed, pillows were absolutely horrible however. We are seasoned travelers so always bring our pillows. Great shower and liked the beamed ceilings. read more

The villa in a small private neighborhood was conveniently located to the Four Seasons for our daughter's wedding and Sante Fe's rich culture, history, arts, and food. It wasn't far to the amazing cliff dwellings at Bandelier Monument. Was worth the drive to Albuquerque for shuttles to an evening at Balloon Fiesta. The views from the entrance and from a short hike up the hill were fabulous, especially at sunset. The nicely decorated villa was comfortable as a home away from home. We enjoyed relaxing evenings and breakfasts on the patio. The only negative was we were a week too early to enjoy the fireplace. read more

We live in Central OR and have done our bookings online, with phone assistance when needed. Their properties have always been as advertised and even exceeded our expectations. Management personnel are very friendly and helpful. Last year I broke my arm just prior to our trip to New Mexico. Sadly we had to cancel our reservation. We were quite surprised and pleased that Two Casitas gave us a generous credit that we could use within the year. This company offers a variety of properties around the city of Santa Fe.
