I love love love this place for a me-time, self-care day. Relaxing and the right price to unwind with a day pass (even though they just increased day pass rates). Perfect for cold-hot water therapy (5 different temp tubs - 2 on the hotter side, 2 lukewarm and 1 cold with waterfall), FIR saunas with elemental features like mud/jade, Himalayan salt, charcoal (4 large rooms), dry sauna and steam room, and a cool cabin room, and lounge with foot massagers. The spa is naked for women only (but don't worry you get over yourself in like 3 minutes--there are all kinds of body types here and zero body shaming)--the FIR saunas, cold cabin room, lounge, tea room and in the restaurant you wear a provided robe. They also do full body scrubs ($) in the Korean style, and offer massage ($) (I really enjoyed massage here with Brooks). For those who would DIY, there is a bench shower row where you can bring a scrub cloth, sit on a stool and get to work. Mugwort tea splash available to disinfect/tone after use. I highly recommend not skipping the cold water plunge if you can help it--always helps me sleep a bit better. The restaurant is so so good also - I enjoy getting the beef bulgolgi with veggie stir fry--but everything is good, including their complimentary appetizer tray of quick pickles that seems to rotate daily. Bring water in a non-glass bottle, or buy one there--and prepare to unplug because of course no cell phones allowed. Camp out, bring a book you don't mind getting wet or hot! In my experience lull times seem to be late afternoon/early evening when the people who came for the morning are leaving, and the evening group hasn't settled in yet. BACTERIAL INFECTION FROM THEIR HOT TUBS! I took my mom here for Mothers day, and got the worst bacterial infection called Bacterial folliculitis which is known to come from unclean hot tubs. I had a rash on my breast immediately after I left and just thought it was from the scrub, so of course I thought it would go away. Well 2 days later, my entire body was covered in rashes. I went to the doctors and they gave me the diagnosis and immediately put me on antibiotics. I called the spa and told them immediately and they refused to give me a refund, even after I sent them my doctors note and photographs. They just gave me their lawyers information? One of the worst experiences of my life 3 weeks later I still have terrible rashes. read more

Wow.. what a crap day here! Where do I even start!? [[HIGHLIGHT]]Was it the incredibly cold & unwelcoming greeting at the front desk?[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Was it the fact that it was overly crowded full of women talking loudly? This was more of a pool party then a spa.Was it the fact that people inside the restaurant thought it was okay to park it at a table for 45 min and not give anyone else a chance to eat? I found that really unfortunate. Literally not a single seat. Maybe share? What finally made me leave angry is that when I went into the locker room, I couldn't get in my locker or I would've had someones buttcrack in my face (no thanks) - I patiently sat to wait for the lady to leave. When I finally got an opportunity to reach my tiny locker, near the floor- in the corner of a tiny room, two women came up and stood there- staring at me, just as I was about to change, waiting for me to move so they could get into their lockers! It was ridiculous. At this point with the overcrowding and noise I was done. I ended up taking my clothes to the bathroom and changing -to keep my dignity. I do not recommend this "spa" as a place to heal or chill. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was repeatedly being run into, while nude, by others, wcouid not use the full facilities and was rudely treated by the front desk.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Also/ they no longer provide cups for the water- so you can buy their water bottles up front. For $53 they cannot even provide water? In a spa??? I may never go again. I wish I could get a refund for my extremely poor experience today. Always a great time with some girlfriends for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation. The service is both professional and nice, the food (although a little spendy) is tasty, and the facilities are well kept. I always come back to Olympus when I am in need of a good scrub! There's a reason you have to get a day pass upon entrance- you literally spend a whole day there! Don't expect to just be in and out for your massage or scrub and take your time in all the rooms and saunas. Some advice: - They aren't joking- you really need to soak for at least thirty minutes before your scrub- so come early! - Don't forget to bring cash as tip to the ladies who provide you services! They work hard to get all that gross "ddae" (dead skin in Korean) off you! - Don't hesitate to bring your own water bottle with cold water for the hot, hot rooms or the warmer soaking pools. They sell infused water, but you are more than welcome to bring your own! read more

Olympus is one of the OG korean spas in this area, and hence it is really popular! We went there the Saturday before Mother's day so it was pretty packed, but we didn't feel like it was *too* crowded. I like that the clientele is really diverse in both age and melanin, and there seems to be a good mix of veteran K-spa-ers and newbies so there's a friendly non-judgy atmosphere. The check in process is pretty easy. The layout of the spa is a little bit convoluted and I found myself turned around a couple of times. However the whole place is not that big so it's not like you get lost in a labyrinth or anything. The pool area has several different pools with different temperatures, but the pools themselves are not very big compared to other Korean spas I've been to. I didn't get any services that day, just the day pass, because I mostly wanted to spend time in the heated rooms/saunas reading my book. They have several different rooms, and my personal favorite is the himalayan salt room as it has plenty of room plus blankets and pillows to lie down, and is not particularly hot. Also this place is really well located nearby some great KBBQ so if you want to go get the meat sweats after you get the sauna sweats you are in the perfect place. read more

My spa visit itself was pretty great. This was my first time to a spa and this location was so wonderful. Unfortunately though, it didn't seem like any of the staff I had appointments with knew I was new even though I stated so on the paperwork I filled out when first arriving. I say that because they would just talk to me like I knew what to do and I had to tell them I'd never been to a spa before and then they would explain the service and give me instructions. The staff did seem busy so i do give them a partial pass. My main problem came from my eyebrow waxing. The wax left burn marks on my face. In her defense, the wax didn't feel hot at all when it was applied and I didn't feel any irritation until the next morning. But, I've been getting my brows waxed since I was about 13 and I've never had this happen before. Also any facial treatment that came with my package was excluded due to covid. I love visiting this spa when I'm in town. They have various temperature thermal pools. The saunas are embedded with minerals in walls and floors. Offer various spa services but I always get the body scrub. You'll will need to shower off before entering the spa area. Additionally, you have to be pretty comfortable with yourself and others being naked. You can only cover your hair, nothing else is allowed in the spa - No robe, no shoes. But it adds to the other experience of pampering and celebrating ladies. read more

Oh my goodness, I went for my birthday after years of hearing about this place and being too shy to try it. I had an amazing foot massage and the staff was so kind, they really made me feel relaxed and beautiful! It has taken me years to build up the courage to go and be naked in front of other women, and now, I feel so liberated. I tried all of the rooms and the pools. I loved every single minute of my 3 hour tour and I will be back soon. Next time I will definitely try some of the other services, like the body scrub. I want to go back soon, it's only been a week and I can't stop thinking about how wonderful the experience was. This was by far the best birthday present I have ever given to myself. Had an amazing day here with my daughter. The spa is all women and you get to spend the day in your birthday suit! It was my birthday weekend so the afternoon there was perfect. We had a full body scrub ... I had Wanda and she was AMAZING! Then we had a massage ... I had Chyanne and OMG so relaxing. There is a small restaurant and we did a nice authentic Korean meal that was served fresh and hot. The spa is immaculately clean, well staffed, and reasonably priced for the services. Plus go at least 4 other times to just relax, get really clean and have the access to the hot rooms that provide deep healing heat. Sometimes I go alone sometimes with friends. The service was terrible are Treatment was cut by 20 minutes. The water was not hot. The bad between my aunt and I was filthy. The face towels were lukewarm. The lady that did my treatment told me to wrap my keyband on my finger. Because I burned it and she ripped it off of my finger. My aunt kept telling her to be careful of her shoulder and she kept rubbing it harder and harder. I have never had treatment where I felt worse when I was done being worked on then when I went in. When I went up to let them know my experience for the day they totally ignored us.We did not want money back.. They totally ignored us, did not even acknowledge us. I have brought so many friends.My aunt tanya has brought so many people friends to come And have this experience. I have a gift Certificate left and I'll go in and I'll use it. But I will not pay for extra services. And my aunt feels the same way. We have spent a group of money in that place. This is not okay. This place is an absolute joke. I assume the high reviews are for those who have actually been able to schedule a service, which is not the boat I'm in. I've left at least three messages to schedule custom spa packages which have not been returned. I was able to get ahold of someone today, and after being put on hold for five minutes was hung up on. I did also reach someone a few weeks back, who wanted to schedule the package services hours apart (like 9am and 5pm). Most of the time you just get the answering machine. I purchased a gift certificate for my daughter for Christmas from this place and am going to contact my card issuer for a refund. read more

I have been coming here for 11 years. Staff are mostly friendly. Good facilities but overcrowding issues. They have raised rates significantly in the last few years and have expanded the number of treatment rooms, but have not addressed the crowded locker room. There are many times where I simply cannot access my locker due to crowding. They have some strange policies which are good to be aware of. Firstly, you cannot take e-readers or Kindles anywhere in the facilities (even if they are waterproof). If you arrive and there are no more lockers, they will ask you to put your belongings in a plastic bin which will be stored in a back room. For this, they don't even offer a discount. I used to have a 5-star review, which I've edited down to 2 stars. This is because they have raised their rates to $38/day, but this has not resulted in a better customer experience. read more

I LOVE this place. It weird, cool, and relaxing as hell. After paying at the desk loose your humanity by disrobing into clothing provided for the time you'll spend inside the spa: a robe and a cotton cap that resemble a costume from old Williamsburg VA's civil war times. This is the first layer of dehumanizing. Once inside and in your costume, there are many heated rooms in which the floors been replaced with hot sand bags that one is advised to lay around on. The lights are set to dark. After zipping back and forth between these rooms one heads to the baths. If your having your skin scrapped off by Korean women with abrasive gloves than it's time to soak and get your skin ready to be sloffed off. It is during that process that one shifts again away from their original self and one becomes some kind of water cow or fish. For the scrub your body is slumped onto a rubber covered bed where it'll be scrubbed until there's no dead skin left. Then buckets of hot water thrown over you wash the dead skin down the rooms central drain. To all sides naked bodies are experiencing the same. Oh did I mention that during the soaks in the pools and the body scraping your buck naked? Yeah.. so don't do this if your at all shy. It's been my experience that the longer i spend in the place the less hang ups I have about nudity and concern around vanity. My recommendation is to follow the skin scraping with a massage. There's also a tea room though I have not tried it. I love this place. read more

Such a great place for women to come and relax, with friends or alone. Rooms are clean and decent nothing too fancy. The pools were a great experience. When getting a body service, i totally felt like a fish being cleaned at a market! The open rooms have 4 tables where you lay naked as they splash buckets of water on your body, and start to hard core scrub you down with their amazing Korean mits. Its such a crazy experience you can't be mad because you leave refreshed if that makes sense. The problem was being in these rooms with strangers. I had went with 2 other friends for the same service, facial, yet we were placed in different areas instead of being together. So for it being a first time experience it was scary. The only negative was the $134 body scrub I paid for but received painful raw spots on my back(conveniently where my bra sits) from the woman scrubbing too hard. So while I will not be shelling out the money for a scrub again I will gladly be returning to relax with the basic services covered by the day pass!! Wow, what an incredible experience. I was in Seattle visiting my sister, from Tampa, and she had this planned for us. I didn't think much of it, but now I'm sad that we don't have this type of spa in Tampa. The place from the outside doesn't look like anything special, once you're inside you must remove your shoes upfront. The front desk staff is wonderful and gives a great tour for those who are there for the first time. You get a robe, head cap, and towels. Then you change and go in each room for the relaxation of your life. They have various rooms like salt, mud, chill, sauna rooms etc. You can stay as long as you'd like and there is no time limit. They have the cutest tea room that we really enjoyed. The jacuzzis are so fun with different temperatures depending what you desire. The place is IMMACULATE, and they use the best products as far as shampoo, conditioner and shower gels. You really don't need to bring anything with you. Overall, this place is AMAZING and I would recommend it to all woman who are looking to just take time for themselves, relax and escape from the world for a few hours. read more

My friend bought me a gift certificate for my birthday. On the way there she casually mentioned it was a nude spa. I about turned around. I am not a prude and not overly modest but the thought of walking around nekid in front of other women worried me a bit. Check in was a breeze. The place is absolutely lovely. Awesome space, feel, and loved all the options of rooms and tubs. I wish they would turn the lighting down a bit in the pool rooms. Not to hide my flab but for the ambiance. I also would have loved to been informed of the option to drink unlimited tea for 5.00 when I paid for my services up front. It was odd at first seeing women naked all over the place but after a few minutes, I didnt care and it was just a bunch of women of all shapes, sizes, colors, ages, etc wanting to relax. Pretty cool honestly. Pretty freeing. Empowering? Yes. It actually made me do some serious thinking on the way home about not judging people. Everyone has imperfections, including me, unless you are airbrushed on a magazine cover. I actually left feeling better about my body if that makes sense? That we are who we are, just women with beautiful imperfections, and wouldnt it be nice if we werent always judging people? I wouldn't mind it if some of the women chose to bend over and pick up their water bottle chose not to do it 2 feet in front of my face but hey - if you are comfortable, what the heck. I also saw some cool and crazy tatts in some unusual places. :) I LOVED the sand room. 150 degrees. I loved the warmth - I fell asleep! Felt so cozy and warm to the bone after being out in frigid weather. I had a 25 min massage that was meh. I have had better and have had worse. Nothing to write home about. Next time I would probably try the scrub but be prepared - there are about 5 naked women in one room being turned, scrubbed, flopped, splayed, etc all at one time in same room right off the pool room so everyone can see you. It kinda reminded me of putting rub and marinade on slabs of meat. LOL. It was a little disconcerting at first. But a vag is a vag is a vag right? We all have them. Great place to relax with your best friend! Took my girl friend here for her birthday, it was her first time at a Korean spa and we had an amazing time! Not only were the staff friendly, but the guests were friendly as well! I honestly can't say that about every place I've been to but all the women were so welcoming and helps make you feel comfortable! It felt like hanging out with a group of friends. We will be coming back again and again for sure. One downside compared to the Q sauna and spa in Lynwood is that Olympus spa doesn't have an ice room. So between the hot rooms you need to head over and take a cold shower to cool down, dry off, redress, then go to the hot rooms again. Hopefully they install an ice room and that would make the place perfect! read more

I've heard nothing but good things about this place and finally decided to give it a try after a pretty rough weekend on a long Monday. I got the "all about feet" special massage and I was treated by Shamara who was very sweet. The front desk staff was very nice and the place was clean. I didn't see all of the spa, but what I did see felt cozy. The atmosphere made me want to shut off my phone and just zone out. The massage was very relaxing and the background music in the room was nice as well. This treatment was $88, so not cheap, but well worth the price in my opinion. Maybe someday I'll get up the courage to try the hot tubs! read more
