Absolutely refreshing! Soak, body scrub, massage, tea & dinner were all top of the line. Will return to Olympus Spa.

A friend and I contracted Hot tub or pseudomonas folliculitis. Not a good experience as they have been unresponsive.

Ask the Community - Olympus Spa

Per month price how many time we can go?

Thanks for you question. Monthly memberships don't have a limit on how many times they can come to the spa. You could come every day if you'd like!

Anybody know of a place like this for men?

Palace Spa in Federal Way, and Banya 5 in Seattle, are both co-ed.

What size robes do you offer?

We offer robes in Medium to 4XL

How much is it per person?

$43

Because of Covid restrictions, how many ppl in a group are you allowing?

Are you open currently and are all amenities open?

As of January 28th, 2021, our pools, heated rooms, and saunas are open with limited capacity. You must wear a mask at all times in the facility. The tea room and eating in the restaurant will be closed until restrictions lift. The restaurant is open…

Do they do facials?

Yes, we offer organic facials with Eminence Skin Care products!

When did they start requiring caps? I've never had to wear one.

At least for the past two years. If you shower, you can't still wash your hair. Hope that helps. :)

For people who've been to both the Tacoma and Lynnwood locations- which is better?

Lynnwood is def newer, more upscale, hence the $5 premium. The Tacoma one is like staying at a relative's house: it's comfortable, casual, and low key. The Lynnwood one is like staying at a boutique hotel: fancy, chic, and a bit more formal.

Are couple's massages available?

This is a woman's only spa..no men beyond the reception area.

Can we use robes in the saunas and salt room etc?

Hello Ms. Jacquelyn, We apologize for not getting back to you sooner as we currently do not use…

I enjoyed the heating rooms as well as the hot tubs however, my favorite part of the spa is the body scrubs !

The receptionist was a very nice and helpful. When it was time for my massage I could not have anticipated how great it was going to be. Heated table, hot rocks, cups, everything you could ask for. My therapist was very good at asking questions and making sure I was comfortable. She did the best massage I've ever had and I played college football so I've had many. I signed up for the membership because it is actually a very good deal and saves you a nice chunk of money. I will be going back weekly. As a former college athlete and current rodeo athlete I highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you to everyone at Ballaura spa.

I have been getting massages for over 15 years on a twice a month if not once a month. The staff…read morewas friendly, clean work space and as you walk in feels more of an earthly/incense store vibe. However as we got into talked the hot spots I would like to focus on, and which was odd for me as usually that's where someone would start or have you lay face down, instead it was face up. Where I feel it was like a massage envy type vibe where they don't just give you fully what you want and try to make you come back for another one. The hot towel and cupping was great however didn't seem like the person knew what they were fully doing. Lastly I know the cost of living has went up, but this was my first and last visit as no reason why someone should be paying $200+ for a massage period. I have found and had better from others in the area. Update: management did reach out in attempt to help solve future issues and provide a complimentary service.

*****Formally known as Asami Day Spa**************…read more Nothing is better than to have your hair professionally colored, cut & styled! Even better? Get it with a discount. I had a Groupon for this salon that retailed over $200.00. It was for a specific type of dye process (very involved & multiple color), special conditioning treatment, cut & style. I didn't need such a "special" dye job done, so I opted for one color only and was offered eyebrow waxing to compensate. I must say I expected better service than what I received. Here is what went wrong: 1. My hair color turned out two shades darker than we discussed. 2. I'm not sure that the 1 minute conditioner left on my hair would be summarized as "special" or intense, or worth what valued on the Groupon. 3. When she waxed my eyebrows, she got wax too far down on my lid and bruised me AND took skin off. Now I have a lovely scab on my eyelid. 4. Later that night, I wiped a glob of super dark hair dye behind my ear...gross! Should have been rinsed off. Sloppy job. 5. Being the owner/stylist, she should introduce herself. At first, I thought she was a receptionist, never expected her to be the owner. The Groupon was very specific that it be redeemed only m-f and by a specific stylist (who turned out to be the owner?). I made my appointment which was 3 weeks out, as I had to take the day off and was so excited! The day of my appt. I received a call from the stylist 3 hours before the appt. apologizing that they were having water problems and would have to reschedule. So I just lost $100 of pay by having to take the day off for nothing. Rescheduled for two weeks out. Arrived early and was created by a young lady vacuuming. She asked who my appt. was with and sat me in a chair. Same young lady came out of the back and asked what I wanted done. The rest was mediocre service. She was very distracted by the owner of the property being there and apparently is dealing with multiple issues. Needless to say, you couldn't get me to go back there again. Besides the half attention stylist, there were too many thing mess ups. If this young lady can't get it together, she might end up being sued.
