I met with Christine the clinic manager and she gave me a tour of their facility. We went over different packages that would work best for me and what I wanted my end result to be, and she took her time to explain everything and gave me a really great and affordable package. I think the second best part of my visit was when Christine told me I could have my first session that same night, and Soriah the laser tech, stayed and performed it for me. She made it super comfortable and effortless. (I chose the Brazilian laser package). I asked questions and she was able to answer all of them for me and how we would proceed from one session to another. I've had laser hair removal in the past but never with such great results after just one session. That's why I went to them because I was unsatisfied with the previous place I had gone to. Tomorrow is my second session and I'm so excited because I've had a little to no regrowth, so I can only imagine how great my results are going to be this time around. I've been coming to her since 2019 when I was recommended by a friend. I go to her right before a vacation to get a Brazilian wax, my underarms, and a stomach strip added. When I tell you my nerves are always through the roof each and every time I think about getting the Brazilian done especially that inner part (if you know you know ) and let me tell you, each and every time she calms my nerves. Shes non-stop talking the entire appointment and asking questions or just simple input, which I love because it helps to keep you distracted and it doesn't leave any room for that awkwardness or for it to get quiet and then you focus on the wax again. She'll warn you when she's about to wax certain areas that can be a little tougher/more sensitive and also reminds you to BREATHE which I find super helpful because I'm sweating and gripping the chair from my nerves and then it's over in a second. I also really liked that she took into consideration how cold the room was so she had me do my underarms quick and put my shirt back on so I wasn't shivering in the beginning. I was left with dark circles under both arms, these pictures were taken 1 month after treatment. I called and told them what happened, to cancel my laser pass, because I did not want to continue. I was told that a manager would call me back, and there would be a $25 fee to cancel the pass. Not only was the pass not canceled, but NO ONE called! Bad experience overall with scars to remember it by. Stay away!! Update: I did contact the establishment again and was told they would follow-up with me, it's been 2 weeks. Really, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
