So happy to see this location is closed down. Hopefully the rest of the locations will do the same. They take advantage of people, and have horrible communication and customer service skills. Their service center is slow and inexperienced as a part they said they would fix before i bought the car was "fixed" for two days after buying the car and then broke again. I had paperwork stating they would fix this for me, so I brought my car back to the service center. They call me and say they won't be able to fix the car. They claimed the part breaking again was my fault and refused to help me without charging me. I bought my car from this location a month ago and it's currently in an auto shop getting repaired. The technician working on my car called and asked where i got the car from, he then explained that he's seen a lot of cars from internet car lot and NONE OF THEM are in good condition and to stay away from them in future. Cancelled the extended warranty after 2 months. The warranty company sent the check to the car lot and they in turn sent a check to the bank. They kept a large percentage of refund. They also "forgot" to disclose the full detail of the vehicle's history. Shady company for sure. I was told everything I needed to know to make a good decision. They were cooperative and helpful in getting it to a local mechanic of my choice and in making the few changes he recommended. Talked to sales man (liar) on the phone was told truck was rust free brand new wheels and tires and tht the truck had 119k miles . My wife and I have had nothing but nightmares looking for a car to replace our minivan. We use Centrist Federal Credit Union and they work with specific auto dealers. They've worked with these dealerships before, so pre-approval was relatively easier and it gave us some peace of mind. We found an amazing deal (for us) and everything seemed to be working out. There was a bump at the list minute but we had two great people in our corner. These two people I want to offer up some praise. First Sarah Holt at Centrist, awesome lady, talked to us as equals and she made us feel she was invested in our having a positive outcome. The other was William at the Internet Dealership. He was helpful, curious and really acted like he wanted to help us. I could shake his hand and not have the urge to check to see if I still had all my fingers. My family left the car dealership not feeling as if we've been cheated(nicest words I could think of). I'm actually recommending this dealership and if he's there, William. I sat there for about 4 hours and multiple people got done in 15 minutes. Seller said this was the longest deal he's ever done. Did not have all the paper work. We left thinking we signed all the paperwork then through out the week they said we missed something and then they threatened to take back the car. Never gave a price on the vehicle. I cannot speak on behalf of other customers, but we called an hour ahead to ask if we could swing by and check out a specific car. When we arrived it took a while before we were greeted. Then we were asked to wait. We kept waiting. How long should a potential buyer wait? 4 phone calls per each sales person? 5? There was one other guest in the building. Let's be real. Eventually we left as we walked the entire lot and the car we wanted to see wasn't there and way too much of our time was wasted. It seems luck was in our favor though according to most other reviews this establishment is just garbage. Add another review to the pile of garbage reviews. Called them at 10:40 AM to schedule a 1 PM viewing of one of their cars. Got there at 1 PM and there were other customers there so it was 1:05 PM when I spoke with the gentleman behind the counter. Told him I was there for my 1 o'clock viewing. He said the car is not there that it is still on the other lot. So I sat down and waited 30 minutes before I got up and asked about another car that was on this lot. This other vehicle has a description on their website of being a great running vehicle. Tell me why was the engine shaking the car then when I started it up? Told him I was unimpressed and asked when the car I came there for was going to be available. He said it would be a little bit longer because the battery was dead. Asked him why it wasn't checked prior to my arrival since I called two hours before I wanted to see it. They had no response other then it was buried in snow. At that point another potential customer came in and complained of rumbling in the car he had test drove. The other agent helping him brushed off his concern. The potential customer started talking to me about my situation with them. I responded honestly at which point the agent came back out from the back and told me not to voice my concerns. Do not try and sell your car through Internet Car Lot - Its all high pressure and MAKE sure you READ the contract. I didn't have glasses, so I wanted to take the contract home with me to read. I was back within 3 hours of my appt and had decided not to have them list my car. Well before I left they said they wouldn't put my car on the website until I was back with my contract. When I got back they had already posted pictures of my car and had it available on the website - I hadn't given they permission to even post my car! They didn't have a contract. The deposit of $150 had already been posted to my CC - with out a signed contract! Read the contract you can also only put 500 miles on your car and they can hold you to the contract for a year. Who would want to never drive the car for a full year.... Make sure you are aware - it is very high pressure I'm sure whether you are buying or selling. I only hear phone calls that were NOT happy customers that had bought a car while in the waiting room. read more

Let me start off by saying the customer service was decent, both men working the front were pleasant and helpful and offered to let me test drive whatever i wanted. The building was very nice and modern and well kept. I also have a fair bit of knowledge as i have been working on cars for about 10 years. I have been here on 3 occasions to look at cars on their lot, and test drove 5 cars. 3 of the cars had dead batteries. Each car i test drove had something wrong with it such as tail/head lights out, switches broken, alignments off, leaks, cracked reserve tanks for antifreeze and break fluid, check engine lights. When i brought these concerns up to them i got the response "oh that's weird we never noticed that before". They offered to fix it as long as i put a $500 down payment hold on the car and signed to buy it (seems fishy right?) this made me think what else could be wrong if this is just the little things? On all of the cars the bumpers or fenders that were replaced were put on crooked. 2 of the cars there was something just not right with the engine and was making sounds that shouldn't be there. I got the response "everything has been fixed to meet the standards" ok really? The process to apply for a loan was fairly easy they have iPads you can apply on and the offers came back within 30 minutes. BUT they pick the loan out for you. I ASKED to see my options for loans and they told me they were picking the lowest rate that was offered. Wouldn't even show me. With some higher rates the dealer gets a percentage, and my guess is that's what they're doing. Seems a little fishy but i went with it to see what happened. When asked about pricing, they said their prices are very low and they move cars a lot. When i asked how long they had one of the cars they told me just a few weeks. Did a quick search online while i was waiting and they had the car on the lot for THREE months. We went to the back offices and printed off my finance options. Discussed warranties but they never give you the terms and agreements on it just tell you what it comes with. After looking it over (i had it narrowed down to a few cars i might purchase) i said four times that i needed the night to sleep on it and had to speak to my wife about how much we could afford. Each time he told me that i could put down a deposit to hold the vehicle, but on what? Am i gonna put down $1500 for three cars that i might not end up purchasing? And then asked which one i wanted to choose so i could drive off today with it. I understand they're "salesman" but seriously if i said I'm not going to make the deal today then drop it. The whole conversation put me off and i wanted to leave immediately. Before i left, he stood up and said "let me go ask if there is anyone else looking at these vehicles today" typical sale technique i wasn't buying in to it. He stepped into the hallway and was talking to someone about something other than the cars. Came back in and said they had someone coming in to look at two of the cars and i should put my $500 hold on each one. GREAT HERE WE GO AGAIN. This was at 5:00pm and they close at 6, now I'm no idiot but if someone is coming in at 5 during Omaha rush hour traffic then i don't know which way is up. I stood up, said i would call and let them know and thanked him for his time today and walked out. BUYER BEWARE! We purchased a salvaged car from this dealership. They provided an inspection certificate that provided documentation that the vehicle was fully restored and could be licensed. However, after taking our first trip it was obvious that the repair was not completed as verified. We returned the vehicle to the car lot where the service manager agreed that the car needed repair and he agreed to connect us with a repair shop near our home. After several weeks with no response, I kept calling and he finally asked us to send a repair estimate. The estimate was faxed directly to him over a month ago. I have called him at least weekly. None of which was clear in the photos, description or even when we called and spoke with them. The frame was welded back together by a two year old. Recently purchased a car from the Internet Car Lot and the experience has been an absolute nightmare. The car was advertised as "good condition in and out" and upon receiving the car, I got an unsafe, inoperable car. Went to a nearby mechanic and that's when the litany of problems were revealed to me. The total repairs to get the car operable and road worthy as stated in the ad was roughly $4,000. The car also came with unmentioned body damage and when I inquired about them getting a hold of the shipping company to resolve the issue, they said they'll look into it and call me back. They never did. Throughout the whole purchasing process I was lied to. The initial shipper didn't deliver the car because they said the car didn't start at the pick up site. Then when the car was finally shipped the car had fender damage not listed in the ad. That was in addition to all of the electrical, and automotive issues the car had upon receiving the vehicle. When I asked TICL they said the shipper lied, but considering the condition the car came in, I should have believed the shipper. Long story short, I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau and I suggest anyone with a similar experience do as well to keep others from falling into this trap. These guys are dishonest, unresponsive, and could care less about the condition of the cars they're selling. The BBB claim is resolved, but all they did was deny, deny, deny, but the more people that file suit, the more their rating will decrease and you will be helping countless others avoid this headache. read more

GO ELSEWHERE!!! If you're thinking of buying a vehicle from this place make sure you've exhausted all other options. This place should be a last resort but should be avoided if at all possible. I purchased a vehicle from this place and after getting it home noticed some cosmetic issues, nothing to serious. Turns out that was only the tip of the iceberg. After having the car for less than a month, the timing chain went out and pretty much blew up the engine. Luckily I'd purchased a service plan/extended warranty and the repairs (complete engine replacement) was covered. I was told by an internet car lot employee that the warranty would only cover the repairs if I took it back to them to do it (flat out lie). However, after speaking with the service contract people, I found that I could have the repairs done at any licensed mechanic, which I definitely should have done. So after having my car in their shop for over a month with little to no communication from them about the progress of the repairs. They finally get the engine installed. (Also they do not provide a loner car for you to be able to do things like, go to work, while they drag their feet for a month). Once they finally finished installing the new engine they called and said I could pick up my car. Having to arrange a ride to go and get there, I wasn't going to be able to make it to pick up my car until a little after they closed. So I made arrangements with another one of their employees to have my car parked outside their lot with the keys in it. Something they only agreed to after they made sure to get my $100 deductible over the phone since no one would be there to get it from me when I picked up my car. So I show up to the car lot to pick up my car and it is inside the, gated and locked, lot with no keys in it. After spending an hour there trying to contact someone to help me out I finally get a message to the owner through facebook. He tells me that he is out of town and can't get a hold of anyone to come and get my car out so why don't I just come back the next morning. So I return the next morning and to my surprise someone is there and I get my car. On my drive home less than 20 miles from the shop, where my car was supposed to have been repaired, the EPC light and check engine light comes on on my dash and the car starts shaking every time I accelerate. So now I need to have the repairs they did repaired. Needless to say I am not taking my car back to those guys. I will be using my own mechanic. read more

Bought the car online, flew out from California to pick it up only to find a serious oil leak and missing engine mount bolts. The skid plate had been removed making the oil leak VERY obvious, but managed to miss it. They just played dumb. By the way, the day I bought the car they let the owner they were selling for drive the car home!! They didn't even respond to my request for help with the $925 repair bill. PREGNANT WOMAN PUT AT RISK BY THIS DEALER - We bought a 2015 GMC Acadia two months ago for MY PREGNANT WIFE. It had been in a front end accident, but they assured and reassured me 5 times that the front air bags never deployed and that all their cars go through a thorough inspection and it is like new. The bumper looked like it was a little loose and they reassured me that if anything went wrong I could bring it back and they would take care of me. Well my airbag light is on (airbags are NOT active and would NOT deploy if in an accident). So my 8 months pregnant wife has been driving this vehicle for 2 months with no airbags. I called in and have not received a call back yet, instead lies and excuses in response to my google review. My business partner is an attorney so I have already sought legal guidance and will pursue with a free attorney to the max (Nebraska Deceptive Trade Practices Act) unless they take this car back. They straight lied about the air bags and their inspection clearly is not thorough, making them negligent in any accident which is so scary. A simple diagnostic test revealed this.... Also, the AC quit working last week (I drove it for the last week so my pregnant wife and 2 year old daughter didn't have to suffer in the heat.) My bumper is also falling off and sounds like it is going to fall off on the highway. read more

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE INTERNET CAR LOT!! They make money off of totally scamming people with salvaged vehicles they "repaired" and had "inspected". The inspection for most states to qualify as a rebuild title instead of salvage title is basically a sheriff looks at the vehicle and VIN number and makes sure its the same vehicle and not stolen. They do not look at the vehicle mechanically in any way. I learned this after about 50 phone calls to the State of Nebraska Motor Vehicles to see what I can do about this mess. I am sharing this review because we got completely taken advantage of and I'm hoping to prevent others from dealing with our same situation.. We did sign "as is" but thought we could trust this dealership and were hoping to get a good deal on a vehicle for my business. They seemed very professional and honest in all of their communication with us about our salvage title/rebuild vehicle. We drove to Omaha from Sioux Falls and noticed the heat in the rear portion of the van was not working properly. They replaced the thermostat before we drove home. After having the vehicle for a few days we noticed the engine temperature increasing to an unsafe level and losing heat in the whole vehicle. After digging into the engine further than our initial inspection at the dealership, my husband noticed a total absence of AC lines and wiring harnesses/coolant lines hanging on the manifold. I let our salesman know what we found and he told us the mechanic at the dealership would need to look at it. We were not able to drive it because it was constantly overheating and had no heat so we had to ship it back to Omaha from Sioux Falls. This cost US 350$ even though it was advertised to have heat and AC which it clearly did not. Their mechanic put the AC lines back in and hooked up the wiring harness, as well as a new radiator (which was not the issue in the first place and we were not notified or asked if this could be done). We then had a friend trailer it back to Sioux Falls for us. As soon as we started the vehicle and let it warm up we noticed it again did not have heat and was overheating. No one at the dealership had driven this vehicle or tested it before sending it back to us. I begged the dealership to please take it back and just be done with this whole deal. The salesman said they couldn't take it back but I COULD CONSIGN IT WITH THEM AND LET SOMEONE ELSE DEAL WITH IT. WHAT?!?! So they wouldn't give us our money back or properly fix a vehicle they clearly didn't put back together correctly in the first place but they would be willing to advertise it for us and let someone else BUY IT AGAIN. I can't believe a business can function on total dishonesty and not take responsibility for selling a product that was not advertised correctly and a danger to the person using it. We then took the vehicle to a mechanic in Sioux Falls knowing we would just have to dump money into it to get it good enough to drive. Our mechanic told us after looking at it for fifteen minutes that it was unsafe to drive. It would probably need a new engine, suspension, AC and heat units and that's not even after digging into it very far. He said it looked like it had been put back together by a first grader and to not ever drive it with my 3 kids in the car because it was a ticking time bomb. We are now stuck with a 12,000$ vehicle that is not worth it to fix but I don't feel right about trading or selling to anyone else. THIS PLACE IS A FREAKING SCAM!!!! I know I will get a comment back saying I should have bought a warranty. They push a warranty on the customer because they KNOW you are going to have issues and a third party warranty company can then deal with it instead of the dealership.
