Scam alert be careful. I went to an Omega store to change the battery on my watch. They told me I would have to wait four weeks because they would take it to another store in Houston, and that the cost would be $50. I left it there. A week and a half later, they called me and said the watch could had a leek because something with the pressure water, fyi it wasnt damaged or hit and that the service would be $950. I asked that if I didn't accept, what day I could pick it up (they supposedly had taken it to Houston). They told me that I could picked it up that same day meaning they never took it anywhere, never diagnosed it, and it just sounded like they wanted to overcharge me for a small repair that started at $50. Obviously, everything sounded very suspicious and fishy, so I went immediately to pick up my watch. I told them it didn't seem right and that I would take it to Dallas myself, and right away they changed their story, saying I should just leave it and they would only change the battery. Now I'm wondering if, when I get to Dallas, they'll give me the same diagnosis. Be careful read more

I came here a few weeks ago with my mother in law to get a watch serviced. The initial employee that helped us was there today, when we went to pick it up and said it wasn't ready. However, my mother in law had received an email from Mary saying it was ready for pick up. We had to drive a long way to pick up this EXPENSIVE watch to get this horrible service. After they realized they were wrong they called my mother in law to tell her it was, Indeed ready for pick up. When we went back, Mary was there and didn't even apologize for their shitty service and THEIR mistake! Both of those females should be fired! Clearly this place has a lack of organization and customer service! I will never come here again or purchase anything from Omega! They don't deserve any stars! I made a phone call on 5/2/2025. Marco/Michael the SA answered the phone. I was starting to state my questions about a watch which I had sent over for repairs which is priceless family heirloom. When one of his buddies... Connor came in to say hi to him. I only knew the name of the "in store clientele" because he shouted the name over the phone and they started talking. He immediately hung up on me. The disrespect... is unbelievable. He could have told Connor to wait while he answered my short questions or put myself on hold while he dealt "in store clientele" first. This is not what I expect from SA at a boutique watch store at all. I called back not even a minute later and a gentleman named Alex answered and was so very helpful, kind and polite. He listened to all my concerns about the watch and the feedback about his SA associate. I highly recommend buying and shopping only with Alex. Edward was extremely knowledgeable of all Omega watches and services. The on hand selection was amazing. No waiting list, no AD games. I walked in, he showed me and discussed with me several time pieces. I was able to pick the watch I wanted and with no hassle or pressure. Excellent customer service and experience. Their repair service is unmatched, I have tried others in town and nothing's come close to the Swatch Group. Their customer service in store is a 10/10 experience, I have had bad experiences with gray dealers that lock you in their AD, by being shady but not the Omega Boutique because they are transparent about their service. Either way there's watches for everybody, they even branched out to jewelry, accessories, sunglasses, watch winders and sailing bracelets, but there's always something for everyone! read more

Great experience here! Bought a 41mm Aqua Terra for my father at this boutique over winter break and Michael (our SA) was very friendly, pleasant to work with. No BS. As an addendum, I'll say this..... San Antonio is, hands down, one of the *WORST* cities with 1MM+ population in the entire USA to buy a luxury watch in (Lee Michaels is hot garbage). I am a collector of some heavy-hitter pieces (Patek, AP, VC, Rolex, ALS, JLC, etc.), but only live in SATX part-time, and am *highly* reluctant to spend my money with AD's in town--they treat you like trash. Dropped by the other day to get my SMP 50th Anniversary GMT looked at and sized. Upon entry, we were immediately greeted by Cheyenne Maestas inquiring what she could assist with. I showed her my watch and explained what I was looking for. I originally was wanting to swap out the clasp for a more adjustable one but that wasn't possible so she added a half link that I provided. Within a couple of minutes she added the link and was ready to go. I chatted a bit with another sales associate but didn't catch his name. Both were super knowledgeable with the products and very friendly. When it's time to send my watch to the spa for a treatment I will return to this store. Willing to try new things like weird strap combinations. All of this with no pressure or sales tactics. Best part is that nobody is going to tell you that you have to develop a "relationship" in order to purchase something. Anyway, I have fallen in love with the brand and will definitely visit again. I've been a watch hoarder much of my adult life. Not necessarily being that guy that chooses to walk into a mall and pull the trigger on a $10,000 piece. I'm a picker by choice. Buying and selling what I can make money on to support my habit. That was in fact my first experience with the Omega Boutique in San Antonio awhile back. I had purchased a watch out in West Texas from an estate sale. I called down to ask they would do an initial visual on the watch to authenticate it. I drove from my ranch in Driftwood, Texas to the Shops at La Cantera early on a Saturday. I walked in about 5 seconds after they opened to a stellar staff and experience. Raynor was inviting and inquisitive about my interest in the brand. Jorge was on staff that day to carefully remove the back of a vintage 105.012 Speedmaster I had brought in. Barely a scratch on it; only missing it's original stainless steel band. I even had the original box back on the ranch. Genuine excitement consumed the entire store as I celebrated my biggest find to date in my watch buying journey. Enough about that perfect day; most of the details shall remain mum amongst my new found friends. I recently revisited the Boutique for a battery change on my James Bond Seamaster quartz circa 2011. Same friendly smiles and excellent customer service. Very few places I would award this high of a star rating in retail; these guys deserve 10 stars. See yall soon. read more

I recently had an experience at your store that fell short of my expectations. While I have always regarded your establishment highly for its exceptional customer service, my most recent encounter has left me deeply disappointed. The conduct of an individual named ALEX has led me to reconsider my loyalty to your store. Witnessing such a lack of professionalism from a representative of a luxury establishment is disheartening. Alex's selective acknowledgment of customers based on their perceived purchasing power is unacceptable and does not align with the expected standards of customer service from a brand of this caliber. During my recent visit, Alex did not acknowledge any customers without appointments or those who did not appear to be known repeat customers, despite there being only a few customers in the store at the time (my husband and i have been loyal costumers of this branch for almost 8 yrs) . A simple welcoming gesture, such as a smile or a nod, would have gone a long way, especially considering that the store had only recently reopened. My husband and I spent approximately an hour in the store, during which Alex did not offer any form of acknowledgment. This disappointing experience has left us with a sour impression of your store, especially as we had entered with the intention of making a purchase. Consequently, we opted to procure the item online. I hope that this feedback is received constructively, as I believe it is crucial for your establishment to uphold the standards of customer service that are expected from a brand of your standing. Finally, yesterday I bought a Seamaster Commander 300 that they helped me get here from Puerto Rico, for my brother. Let me tell you that the customer service is first class. Ammy, Reinard, George and the whole team always make you feel like you are a VIP and go beyond to help you.
