They told me I would have to wait four weeks because they would take it to another store in Houston, and that the cost would be $50. I left it there. A week and a half later, they called me and said the watch could had a leek because something with the pressure water, fyi it wasnt damaged or hit and that the service would be $950. I asked that if I didn't accept, what day I could pick it up (they supposedly had taken it to Houston). They told me that I could picked it up that same day meaning they never took it anywhere, never diagnosed it, and it just sounded like they wanted to overcharge me for a small repair that started at $50. Obviously, everything sounded very suspicious and fishy, so I went immediately to pick up my watch. I told them it didn't seem right and that I would take it to Dallas myself, and right away they changed their story, saying I should just leave it and they would only change the battery. Now I'm wondering if, when I get to Dallas, they'll give me the same diagnosis. Be careful

Located in the La Cantera Shops area, the store is centrally located and east to get to from a few different parking areas. They advertise many different brands of quality jewelry and watches from Rolex, Tudor, IWC, and Patel Philippe. Unfortunately, every time I have gone in the store, I felt extremely judged because of my casual clothing and in a few cases were never even addressed by the staff. Additionally, I have engaged a certain salesperson regarding purchasing a specific watch and was told there was no availability and no waitlist, only for my good friend to go in a few days later wearing a Rolex and be told by the same salesperson that they can get him the same watch in no more than six months. Unfortunately for them, I was ready to purchase multiple pieces of jewelry and took my business next store to Tiffany's to make a large purchase, Cartier for another large purchase, and a different Rolex AD to get the watch I was looking for. I'd installed a sapphire crystal on the watch -- it normally uses an acrylic one -- but it interfered with the watch movement and my ability to secure the movement to the case. I couldn't figure out why so I brought the watch to Mr. Simon. Experience counts. He found the issue, rectified it and when I received the watch back, not only did it "run like a swiss watch", but cosmetically it appeared cleaner. Mr. Simon defines the word professional and hands down, I would trust him with ANY make or model of precision timepiece. His pricing is also more than fair.
