Ace Fab & Welding was recommended to us. We contacted Josh to see what kind of options there were to install railing around our porch. We had no idea there were so many options! Measurements were taken and we were given an estimate of how far out they were. As it turned out, Josh nailed that estimate. We were quite excited to get the railing up. Maurice, Brady & Lucas came to install the railing. We found them to be very friendly and highly competent. We watched the installation as they made sure everything fit perfectly. They made sure some things were aligned that we likely would not have thought of had we tried to DIY. Unfortunately, the gate didn't fit properly and would need to be modified. We had some architectural areas (columns) that were tricky. So the gate went back for modification. We weren't bothered by this because sometimes these things just happen. We were more concerned about how well it was resolved. Not too much later, Tim (Master Welder) and Blake (unknown title) came by. Once again, like the crew before them, they were friendly and very competent. We were excited that the person welding it was seeing the site in person! There were discussions as to how we wanted the gate to open and exactly where we wanted it placed on the columns. The gate went back for further modification. It wasn't too much longer before Tim & Blake returned to make sure it would fit properly before the gate modification was completed. .After the gate was completed, Maurice, Brady & Lucas returned to install it. Again, they took care to make sure everything was just perfect. Our railing was not a huge job by any means. But it was treated as if it was a really important job nonetheless. We are really happy with how the railing was installed and the appearance of it. The manufacture of the custom railing is top-notch. The employees we met were all the type of people that a company would want to represent their business to the public. We are happy with every aspect of the project and very happy we did NOT try to DIY it because we thought it wouldn't be that complicated. Thank you Ace for a job well done!

It pains me to write a poor review, but the service I received from TB Kustom and it's owner Travis…read morewas so poor that I have to recommend that everyone avoid this business. Details: I had a motorcycle lower triple clamp that had a crack in it. I took it to TB Kustom and Travis promised he would weld it and it would be strong and safe. He claimed that the aesthetics were critical to his business reputation. I told him the aesthetics were not important, just the strength as it is a safety issue if it breaks. Travis assures next he could fix it and charged me $200. He turned around the part that day (good timing) but the weld he did did not close up the crack on the back side of the clamp, only on the top. When I asked about this he said he had completely filled the crack and screw holes, then redrilled the holes and that it was solid metal. It was also a really ugly job. I have never seen a professional be sloppier. It looked weak, but he insisted it was fine. I paid him and took the part home. When installing the part with an Allen screw and three fingers it snapped at Travis' weld. I had not done anything except install it. I hadn't even gotten to the torque setting of 10Nm. This was very poor workmanship. When I reached out to Travis to find a solution he claimed it was my fault for bringing the part to him in the first place. When I tried to get him to agree to either re-weld the part or return the $200 he swore at me and threatened me and said he was calling the police. Be warned, dealing with this company you may be subjected to the same level of hassle and threats that I was when Travis's inferior workmanship is revealed. Now I'm faced with having to go to small claims court to recover $200, and I still don't have a bike that is safe to ride. I would avoid this establishment at all costs.

I can't recommend him highly enough. I found him to be exceptionally helpful. He diagnosed the…read moreproblem and got it corrected in very short order.

I initially contacted DaBella for an estimate and set up an appointment. No one showed up or called…read morewhen our appointment time came and went. The following day, I received another call to schedule an estimate. I let them know I had already set up an appointment and no one showed up. They set up another time and were on time this time. The sales guys were very nice and informative, but our initial experience of lack of communication just setting up the estimate should have been a red flag from the beginning. We agreed to be flexible with the installation date so they got started over a month earlier than originally planned, which was fine, but they rescheduled the start date three times in one day. These would be the only phone calls I would ever receive from the DaBella office. Zero care is shown for our yard from the moment they arrived. The siding install crew didn't cover our front garden, so we have tons of tiny styrofoam pieces that will now be a permanent fixture in our front garden/bark that we just finished working on this spring. A lot of my flowers were also trampled so a good portion of my garden is non existent now. My flower pots became garbage cans and a stand for their microwave. We have solar panels and when we initially asked about the power panels on the side of the house, we were ensured the crew is certified and it wouldn't be a problem working on the siding there. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case and a section of the old siding was left behind the panels for us to have to now spend more time and money to build something around it to cover it up. Lots of nails and trash were left after their extensive "clean up" when they were done with the siding project. I wish communication was better with this company. Each time I have called customer service, they tell me they'll look into it but never get back to me. It's extremely frustrating to receive a text that our install has been scheduled. No date/time, nothing to tell me when the gutters would be installed once the siding was finished. They just show up within the next day or two of receiving their text and start working without even talking to us. No inspections after they're done, they just show up and expect you to sign the completion paperwork. If you didn't know any better, you'd be signing papers when there are a lot of things that need to be fixed. Tyvek showing, nails and screws used to secure footholds for them on the roof, flashing installed incorrectly. We're lucky we have a friend that knows exactly what to look for that came over to look things over with the siding crew manager to get them fixed. The downspout in the back of the house was installed facing the house. When the man showed up with the completion papers, I showed it to him and he acted surprised that I didn't want the water to flow toward the house. We were also told our two back doors would be wrapped but it wasn't done and I haven't heard back on that after multiple phone calls. Piles of debris, metal pieces, nails, and screws from what was in the gutters all over the front walkway, in the garden, and in the back yard. Considering the amount of money we are paying, the quality of work and communication would be stellar. During our initial meeting with our sales guys, they asked what two things are the most important during a process like this. I told them quality and communication. The siding looks great, but quite frankly, if I knew what our experience was going to be, I would have gone with another company. My fear is now I will have a whole new set of problems caused by laziness and cutting corners.

One of the sales team came to our home to inspect the siding for replacement. After nearly three hours of a sales pitch he told us we didn't have any OSB behind the current siding which is just now 20 years old. He gave us an estimate and finally left. We had other companies inspect and give us estimates. OMG, we do have OSB behind the current siding, why would they try to scam us like this? His lowest estimate was over $20,000 more than the other companies. They called us for a follow up visit and it was scheduled for a Monday evening. We thought they might have lowered the estimate or realized they had made a mistake during the inspection. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP, DIDN"T CALL, NOTHING. Beware of this company. Be smart. Get multiple estimates.
