They had a technician contact me and subsequently respond to my house within an hour. The technician quickly fixed the broken water main, and a cracked sprinkler pipe and had us back up and running in about an hour. Since it was a weekend, I was expecting to be charged an arm & a leg but the bill was very reasonable and definitely less than I expected.
