The store itself was disorganized, and when we walked in, a group of people just sat around staring like it was strange anyone came in. Overall, it felt unprofessional and like false advertising. I could not believe how much the store has expanded over the years, including an annex two doors down that houses thousands of CDs. The amount of inventory here is almost overwhelming in the best possible way. As a music collector, it honestly felt like I had died and gone to heaven. No matter what genre you enjoy, there is an incredible amount to explore. I was especially excited to find a large selection of leftover Record Store Day titles, including two rare releases that I was thrilled to add to my collection. I also came across many original pressings of 1980s LPs and 12" singles, along with a huge number of CDs in the annex, including several out-of-print titles that are becoming increasingly difficult to find. Everywhere I looked, there were hidden gems waiting to be discovered. Atlantic Sounds is the kind of record store where you could easily spend an entire day -- or several days -- browsing and still not see everything they have to offer. I am so glad to see how much they have grown and expanded since my last visit. It remains an absolute paradise for music lovers and collectors.
