La Ceiba is a wholesale party equipment store. They sell tents, jumpers, balloons and they also have an indoor print shop. They make anything from shirts to banners. The reason I come to this store is for the jumper equipment they sell and also their chairs. The sandbags to wheigh down the jumper are only $12 with sand. Great Deal anywhere else its like $30 each. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because the customer service is not that great. I have been 3 times and usually have to wait a few before someone notices me. Otherwise a great store with good prices. read more

No professionalism to say the least. I wish my first transaction and "exchange" would have worked out as easy as it was supposed to be. After agreeing to exchange the wrong colored sandbags, they never followed up about the return of the wrong ones or gave instructions on the new ones. If it is this difficult to get communication from them, then I would most definitely never buy a jump house or any other party rental items from them which is a shame being that they are so close by and would have loved to buy more product from them. read more

This place was awesome. We got recommended by a friend to come purchase a bounce house. They had so many choices. What we loved is they actually came and set up different ones for us to see so we could compare. The service was amazing and so was the price. It's a family run business. We worked with the daughter she was so helpful. We ended up buying other party supplies for a party we're having. I highly recommend this place. On top of everything else, you get a warranty with your purchase. The quality is great I'm sure we won't need it but it's always nice to know. read more
