Do not ever order from here! NO ordenen de aquí! So upset had been ordering from here for 3 years! but NO MORE. NO MAS. LAS MORALES! Ordered 3 Tables and 18 chairs! They left with 4 tables! One of them was which was mine and now are claiming it was there because they had there "Initials" now when asking for proof they can't locate it. If I ordered 3 tables why would you take 4??? They're very friendly and I've been supporting them for as long as I remember. Ive rented jumpers, tables, chairs, and party supplies that were needed. They sell at a fair price. However, I rented 2 tables during the pandemic and they were extremely dirty. They don't sanitize their stuff. My group was less than 10 people so COVID precautions were followed. If you are looking for a place that is professional Do Not get a jumper from here. First of all the time that is posted on yelp is different from the time they actually open. They do have a sign outside but even that sign is different than the time the open. I get it that business owners can open and close whenever but do not expect to get a good review , when people are depending of them. I ordered a jumper and one they came way earlier than they should of and no one was home. Why ask for a time when its not the time they will go, they go to their convenience. I do think I over paid for the jumper I got. Look around and shop around. Thats the advice I would give . read more

STOP if you're thinking of renting a jumper, table or chairs. This place delivered a very dirty jumper inside the jumper were all kinds of food and spots that were sticky. Also a broken chair and a table that was broken. When I called I got VERY POOR customer service. They didn't want to deal with me and hung up when I called back they didn't answer. Review for tables/chairs rental. I called for tables and chairs. They arrived promptly at my door, but one big problem. THEY WERE FILTHY. All the tables and chairs were filthy with either gum underneath, dirty, or had old stains that need to be scrubbed to get off. The delivery person offered to come back and clean them, with an attitude, but would take an hour. I told him no. I didn't need to waste more time with something as simple as this. He also said "If you want clean tables and chairs, tell the lady next time". Seriously? Customers shouldn't have to ask to have their rental supplies arrive in a presentable fashion for their guests. This place was a referral, I've ordered table cloths from here before and it was okay. But last Saturday I ordered a small jumper and asked if it was clean. She said yes that is was practically new. I was expecting a very nice bright colored jumper based on the facebook picture she provided and the one I received was nothing like the picture. It was dirty, color was faded and when the kids were jumping dirt was falling on them from the beams of the jumper. At the end of the night the kids had rashes. I wasn't there when the delivery was done but I was told a teenager was trying to clean it prior to delivering it with windex and a towel. He said it was too dirty from it "not being used as often." I can't begin to say how amazing this place is!! First off it is a family owned business so there won't be any weird corporate involvement you find a big stores like party City. Customer service is the best I've experienced anywhere, you're greeted by either Blanca or her husband who are kind and treat you with respect as if you were their family. They offer a wide array of services, from simple party supplies to, rentals of tarps, chairs, tables etc.. Other things that other places don't offer such as gift wrapping and custom themes to fit your party!!
