As a parent I needed to make the right choice that fit with our budget and that would also give my daughter and her future husband amazing photos to help preserve the memory of their wonderful day. I happened to be searching The Knot, and Kylie was featured. My daughter and I browsed her photos on her website and really loved her work. We then met with Kylie and she is so professional, yet so friendly and accommodating. She worked with our budget and gave us information to help with planning the timeline for the event. On the day of the wedding, it was hectic, but Kylie was calm and kept the photos rolling. The wedding was at the Fullerton Arboretum and when you combine the beauty of the arboretum and the talent of an amazing photographer, the result is magical!!! I just finished the wedding book and it is simply amazing! The lighting, the groupings, the settings were absolutely stunning. I can't say enough about picking the right photographer for a wedding...Kylie is that gal! She captured every special moment and brought it to life through her lens. The screen was very large and easy to view. It was an open photobooth which is fun for those watching and the props were surprisingly fun and good quality (not just all paper products and signs but actual props). As always, the photobooth was the hit of the wedding, truly keeps everyone entertained and gives them a little memory to take home with them. I did have some communication issues in the beginning to try to book the services and had to follow-up a few times to get the electronic versions of the pictures via facebook which added a bit of extra work on my end. Also, there wasn't much client-facing discussion between the vendor managers or the attendant so I can't speak much to the personalities of the company. Overall, it was a bit of a hail mary that could have crashed and burned but we got lucky and am happy with the results. Wanted to make sure I could get a review out there as there aren't many for this company which made it even more difficult to make my decision. Hope this helps any future event planning :)

I honestly don't remember who I had the pleasure to communicate with (I think Jay. I have horrible memories.) but she was really on point. I saw a deal on a third party website and Eleven Photobooth site as well. The offer expired, but they managed to honor the price. I always do my research before booking. Yeah, Eleven Photo has SOME bad reviews. In all honest, I think it due to the misunderstanding of their policy. All the bad reviews have a common origin. It's either time set up, distances or buying deals from a third party source. I highly recommend calling beforehand to see if everything works out. I had an issue with payment since my school takes a forever to process the payment. Luckily Jay was patient and understanding with it. My event started at 7 pm but the on-site staff came EXTREMELY early. ( I came 1 hour prior also, but she arrived before me.) The Quality of the print was gorgeous. It ended a little early because photo paper ran out. It was all good since many students were satisfied. I was given a USB drive at the end of the night. I thought it was pretty cool and nice. Many people end up requesting for them. The only con I had was photo booth strips running shorts,t and the open air concept booth. THRID ENCOUNTERMENT: Winter Formal 2016 Jay and the staffs never fail to my expectations. Once again another successful event. Jay made a mistake on the format late one night and offered to fix it immediately instead of waiting for tomorrow. I was amazed at her work ethics. OMOGOSH!!!! It was late (almost 12 am) and yet she still want to fix it ... WOW!!!! Words can't describe that experience! Bonus: The on-site was cute according to many girls. Overall, I highly recommend this Eleven photo booth. It's the MOST AFFORDABLE price around Orange County with GREAT SERVICE. At this meeting they showed us their work, answered our questions, and did not pressure us AT ALL to choose them as our photographers. We felt really good after we met with them and decided to hire them on right away. Kenn and Lisa were so wonderful when it came to keeping in touch with us to let us know about dates/times/locations for our engagement shoot. We chose two locations in Downtown LA which was AMAZING considering it was such a commute for them. They made us feel comfortable and at ease during the shoot which was important since neither one of us had done a photo shoot before and felt a little awkward about it at first. When they were done, the engagement pictures came in a beautiful package and had several hundred pictures on them. We used these pictures throughout our wedding process and got many compliments on how great these were. A couple of weeks before our wedding, Kenn and Lisa met with us to discuss our wedding day. We went over a rough timeline for the day and they gave us a good idea of what pictures would be shot when. We gave them some additional suggestions and they made sure to include these in our shots! Our wedding day went smoothly and Kenn and Lisa were prompt, calm, and excited for the day. They made sure to get all the standard shots (i.e. posed bridal party photos, pictures with our parents, portraits of us, etc.) but they also made sure to photograph all the details we created for the day.
