Received 1 estimate 36 hours after it was promised and it WAS NOT what we discussed and way over priced The estimate included work the estimator told me could not be done. Owner called me trying to justify the price. That was another joke! Told be just the dumpster to remove the debris was $500. Problem being the estimate said debris would be taken away in a pickup truck. Pretty bad when the owner doesn't know what's in the estimate. Other companies gave me line iten costs Tall Pines was just a lump sum. WATCH WHAT YOU ARE GETTING!

They refuse to replace the storm window claiming it was already broke. The picture they have is of a different window that was already broken which was in the den area of the home. The one they broke was in a different bedroom. Back to the ceiling that they fell thru, they hired someone to come in and replace the broken ceiling. It took them four days or more to fix and they didn't do a very good job of it either. We won't be passing their business cards on to someone else.
