I had to pay $610 in order to close out my account. The couple who purchased my house also want a security system. I am telling them do not go with Vivint, it is to much of a hassle if you have to leave.

After having an alarm system installed a few weeks ago, I had inadvertently set off my alarm system…read morerecently and noticed that the Cental Alarm Monitoring service had not contacted me and so after calling them and reporting as a false alarm I was informed they had not received the transmission. Given the holiday weekend the technician didn't know if he could get to make a service call. He in turn called Alert Alarm Systems Owner Victor who made the service call today and between himself and his technician Rob who directed him via phone, they resolved the problem and ran tests to make sure the system worked properly. Thank you to Vincent and Rob for putting in the effort to make things right and giving me the peace of mind. Excellent Customer Service! This is the company to go with if your shopping around for a security system
