I had the tires of my 2023 BMW F750GS replaced at Omo and Son and met Pancho, Alfonso, Pedro, and , the doberman. I was so impressed and pleased with their work! They were all so nice and made sure the work was done right. Pancho correctly balanced my wheels because my previous tires got worn out prematurely. He also checked and adjusted the chain sag. If you guys think you want to come here, I strongly suggest you read this review, About a week or so ago I asked for a quote to switch the rims on my wheels, my original wheels had the sprocket and the brake discs so you would have to switch that to my new rim, also they would have to switch the moose and ties to the new rims (that I mentioned more then 10 times to the person I was talking to on the phone) and they quoted me $45 per wheel So today I dropped off the parts around 5:30 and we again explained that they had moose, that it would be difficult and they said "nah it'll be easy", turns out they took till 8pm and when I went to go pick them up, they told me $300, how did we go from $90 to $300? , he keeps saying that he got confused and that the quote was for tubed tires because they are easy to remove, And yes I told him I talked to someone that said that the job was $45 per wheel but he changes his mind and over charges for the job, my rims are still in the shop because I didn't have the $300 to pay and tomorrow I'll see what we can work out. I recommend you to keep looking if you need work on motorcycles, these people are NOT it. read more

Dude quotes me $100 to clean my carburetor which was in great shape really didn't need a cleaning but I brought it in anyways thinking I already had the bike apart. I show up to pay and he says it's $150 I'm like WTF but I pay it and write them off permanently. I only went there because a friend recommended them. I'll stick with Simi Valley Cycles. 47 years ago omo was cool i cant speak for today tho but i bought my 1974 yamaha mx125 from omo back in the summer of 1974 i just got donr restoring it for my 14 year old grand son he loves it it lokks the same as when i bought it in 1974 and runs just as good i was in the navy seabees back then in74 i got out in december of 1974 when they closed down our base in rhode island we moved out to califorina so i wasent out there long but i was good with buying the yamaha back in 74 and still has the desert bars on it its cool because no one knows why it has those bars on it because here in michigan they dont use them because the trails are so narrow the trees will hit the bars and send you flying lol but ive never taken them off well ive all ways wanted to know if omo was in busness still so i guess he is iam 70 in july of 2021 and still riding bikes ive still got 15 of them but ive had as many as 32 at one time but ive sold a bunch lol ok i feel better now lol frank lawrence michigan read more

This is the worst establishment I've ever been to. My motorcycle broke when I was 60 miles from home and this was the closest place. So I took my bike there and dropped it off and said I would be back in a week to pick it up. The next week when I called he hadn't even looked at my bike yet. And when I came by to pick it up turns out that I needed a part and he hadn't even ordered it so my bike wasn't ready. So I had to drive over an hour back home and arrange for a tow to pick it up. Then he started calling and harassing me about storing my bike there and how he was going to charge me, I was trying to arrange for the pickup and he was rude and had no patience. I asked him what time he was going to close so I could pick it up that day, he said 3 o'clock (it was a Saturday) so I put my family in my car and drove for over an hour to go pick up my bike. We arrived at 2:30 and he had already closed the shop!! Needless to say I was very very very upset that I drug my entire family out on a hot day to drive for over an hour one way on a Saturday to get there on time and he decided to close early making me have to drive all the way back home and come pick it up another day. DO. NOT. DO. BUSINESS. HERE. He will not do any work, over charge you for the little he does do, harass you on the phone and not keep his word. Avoid like the plague. Read the reviews beforehand, they will overcharge you for a work that does not need to be done. And the owner does not know what is going on with your bike and has to go to his worker to get the answer. Receipts are no given and they did not call me for two weeks after the date was given that it would be ready. Terrible experience, here brought my bike in to get my rear brakes fixed. The mechanic said the bracket was broken, we agreed on a deal and after everything the brakes still didn't work he simply replaced the bracket. The whole point of going to him was for the bakes to be fixed. Please read the reviews for this place before wasting money. read more
