Anytime I go to Big Brand, whether it's a weekend or a weekday, they're super busy, yet always efficient, friendly, and professional. Unlike many places where you feel like you're inconveniencing someone, the staff here greet you with a warm welcome and a genuine willingness to help. The last time I left a review was when they fixed my flat tire -- for free! And I didn't even buy my tires there. Since then, I've come back for oil changes and have had the same consistently amazing service. This time, I needed to replace my key fob battery. Carlos was incredibly helpful. He opened the fob to check the battery type, ordered it same day, and within half an hour it was delivered and replaced... also for free! I wasn't expecting that and would have happily paid. I wish more businesses realized a small investment in customer service can generate huge dividends. I've used them before for routine auto maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, battery) and reached out again when I noticed a slow leak in a rear tire. I made a same day appointment online. Within in an hour of arrival the leak was found, plugged on the outside, patched on the inside and all tires properly inflated to OEM recommendation. This was a no charge service which was unexpected and appreciated. A simple gesture that will certainly result in my continued business and referral of family and friends. read more

This place is a scam. Customer service is terrible. They tell you you get their tires and you will get all these free services like tire rotation, alignment, etc. but they will always brush you off when it comes time with a 3 to 4 hour weight and terrible service. If you're not paying big bucks, they will brush you off every time. read more

I should have looked at my car before tipping the guy who did the tire change. My trunk looked like it had been gone through assuming they were looking for the wheel lock. But when you go through someone's car like that it should be put back the way it was. Big black grease stain on my parchment colored door sill. When I finally looked at my chrome wheel that had the tire replaced it was covered in the same black grease that was inside my car. Incredibly unprofessional to give a car back to a customer in a condition it wasn't brought to you in. I can understand if my car was filthy and disgustingly dirty it wasn't and my car should have been given back to me in the same condition I it gave it to them in. Would be one star but giving two because they took care of it right away at not a terrible of price but also was told I was going to get a lexani tire and was given a Lion Heart Tire sooooo idk man. I work on cars for a living and if I did that to a customers car I would get in so much trouble. read more

I've taken my previous car here at Big Brand Tires on Oxnard Blvd to get service done. Today I made an online Appt for a Break Inspection & an Alignment check on my SUV. Behind the service desk I was greeted by 2 employees. I was helped by Efrain today. Efrain was friendly & professional. He estimated he'll contact me in an hour... I waited in their waiting room. About 6 chairs spaced out & has a tv playing random videos. It was quiet & I was able to get some work done. Other customers were waiting outside... Efrain got back to me in an hour, just as estimated. My brakes are good & I just needed to approve the alignment service. I was out the door another 20-25 minutes later...
