Eddie always goes out of his way to help me and our business. Then to make matters worse they scratched the entire rim on their equipment leaving a black rim with a deep scratch on the lip . I got a flat tire, and travel far for work so I needed a quick tire. I live in Camarillo and called about 5 places all with 4 stars and under. I do look at the ratings before proceeding with selection. All places I call estimated $80-$100 for one new tire. I found Rudy's here and saw the great rating so I called and got an estimate. Hidden gem right here !! I sure did score coming to this tire shop .. I was driving around getting estimates of 2 tires and everyone I went a set of 2 tires were over $400 of course brand new.. I stop at this tire shop and asked I wanted semi new (semi used tires) and right away they showed me 4 Michelin brand... i asked how much for the 2 and he said $70 each!! When I called they picked up right away, I told him what I needed, and 60 seconds later he's back on the phone saying, "yep, we've got a used set in your size and they look real good." Having had some bad experiences with tire shops before, I was skeptical and asked my fiance to come with me. An hour later, I came in, he showed me the "used" tires, which my fiance agreed looked brand new. 10 minutes later for he installed them, and for the exact price he quoted me, I was on the road with my brand new used tires. They were able to do a alignment on my car faster than anywhere else I've ever been to! On certain occasions more than once they were able to give me roadside assistance! These guys are quick ! I had a slow leak due to a nail in the tire of my Tesla Model Y, which they aren't equipped to install a new tire for, but they plugged the hole, filled the tire with air and I was on my way. Installed my tires then told me I had a missing tpms sensor and that my light might turn on. Well if I had a missing tpms sensor before then why did my light not turn on. Now I have a missing tpms sensor and my light in my dash is on. I do not recommend this place. read more
