The small fragile man could not be more self absorbed and validation seeking. They will not train you for the position, they will not show you how to use their CRM, they will tell you training is a month and then have you on your own in two weeks. Close rate was 80-90%, company requirement is 60%. They treat every lead as equals and give no leeway on mold and LSA referrals. PMs are expected to run jobs entirely from closing them, running the crews, and doing the billing side of things as well as insurance negotiations. You have zero support from admin staff.
