Then Junior washed and rinsed her hair and gave her scalp a massage as she was leaning back in her chair. She was enthralled. Finally he towel dried her hair and applied oil to her scalp. Also, it took about 3 hours for the cut, wash, deep conditioning, & styling...another reason to only do the dry cut in the future. I'm not really sure I can justify the cost too much to return but I'm also not sure I can say that I've ever loved a haircut like I do this one. Four stars is mainly for price.
