My hair is pretty basic looking yet I'm still very picky... or I can be anyway. With that said, Karen is fantastic! She listens (very important), skilled cutting techniques and helpful color recs when I'm in need of some advice. Karen makes your experience very comfortable - she's friendly & personable, but not too chatty either. That's a perfect balance in my book! Lastly, I know when I have an appt w/Karen, she'll 1st listen and I'll leave happy! The Salon itself is very nice & clean. My only "complaint" is the pricing on womens cuts. They should offer m9re options than the 'shampoo, cut, blowdry' option. Sometimes i just need a trim/clean up which takes very little time. Also, blowdry should be optional. read more

I took my six year-old hair for her first big girl haircut. I called ahead of time and to verify that they did a wash cut and style. When we arrived, I again verified that they will wash cut and style her hair and I asked for the price which was $55.. All the lady did was a dry cut, did not even style her hair whatsoever. The cut itself is fine...something a Barber could have done. I felt that the front desk did a bait and switch - and pretty disappointed because I tried twice to verify what the service my daughter was getting. read more
