When I explained my frustration to the manager Jason, instead of refunding the unnecessary service, he only gave me $150 and told us to "have dinner on him". Beyond unprofessional. Don't pay in advance until you've seen the problem (and their "fix") with your own eyes with this company. But the 'work' they do is acceptable...just make sure you need to have work done first, BEFORE YOU PAY THIS COMPANY, because they will not refund you any money that they overcharged to you for unnecessary services.

Richard went above and beyond our expectations. He walked us through pointing out everything and answering our questions. Finally, a comprehensive report with pictures and recommended repairs was submitted to us the same day!!!! He also went above and beyond by providing us with a separate list of all appliances in the home and their serial numbers that we could use when registering for homeowners insurance.
