On June 12, 2026, they responded promptly to my inquiry via text, which initially gave me confidence in their customer service. The following day, June 13, 2026, a technician, Ruben, came to my property, inspected my garage door, and advised that specific replacement parts were needed before the repair could be completed. Based on that recommendation, I purchased the required parts. After the parts arrived, I contacted the company to schedule the repair. Instead of completing the work, I was told, "Ruben doesn't do that kind of job, sorry." Unfortunately, this resulted in unnecessary time, effort, and expense on my part. If the technician was unable or unwilling to perform the repair, that should have been communicated during the initial visit before I was instructed to purchase parts. While the initial response time was excellent, the overall experience lacked follow-through and professionalism was a waste. The quality of door and opener was the same of those big brand companies. I had issues with Door sensors as sensors mounted on rails per manufacturer but with expansion and contraction of metal the sensors were not lining up and door not closing. On Rails came back about a year later and fixed the issue by adding shelf for sensors. I think when you are selecting someone it's always good piece of mind when you know if there is issue they would come and resolve it and that's why I gave them 5 stars. read more
