The price was great, the second biggest surprise was the quiet opening and closing. Before, it sounded like the jaws of life ripping open the tin man, who's chewing on tin foil barbed wire and his unclipped tin nails were dragging on a chalkboard. All animals fled in terror each time I simply pushed the remote. Now, it sounds like a canoe, on a peaceful glassy lake, with fish jumping in the distance-quiet, practical, simple, beautiful. Sergio was very knowledgeable and helped explain how the symptoms in our case developed. I called Springs Garage Doors because the previous garage repair company I called told me that the receiver was bad and the garage opener needed to be replaced. Sergio was really quick to respond and was able to come out the next day. When he looked at my garage opener, he just removed the bulbs and the opener started working again without issue (it just didn't work from far distances). He told me it should be fine to use now and to call him if anything else comes up or if I want to get a new opener at some point. I had to replace the cables on my roll up garage, and their quote was at least $70 less than the other quotes I had received.
