Our garage door broke on a late Sunday evening. We couldn't bring the door down to the floor and realized that the cable broke and the rollers went off track. We blocked the opening enough to prevent critters from entering the garage. Called Eduardo the next morning and he immediately was willing to come out. Our 20-year-old garage door and opener finally gave out. However, the emergency release did not work, and the door was jammed. Called ESM Garage door on a Friday evening spoke to Eddie and made an appointment for a quote on a new door and motor replacement. When Eddie arrived the next morning, it was raining, and I explained to him that I needed a quote for new door and motor, but the door was jammed. Eddie right away made it a priority to try to open the door. With no luck he said all I can do is break the window and I can unlatch it from the inside, and you can have the window replaced. I told Eddie do what you have do I am replacing everything. Eddie broke the window and crawled in and unlatched the hardware which at this point Eddie was able to open the door manually. Once done Eddie was ready to leave and I reminded him I wanted a quote. I was so impressed with Eddie service. I felt that he was more concern about helping us getting the door open than selling us a garage door. I told Eddie what type of door and windows I wanted and for him to pick the best motor.
