Nate QB'ed the entire process. Yes, there were set backs and issues along the way, but that is to be expected as every situation is not the same. The way the Xerillion team handled any issue along the way was beyond my expectation. The follow up and the follow up to the follow up confirmed that I could not have had it better with any other company. The Skype for Business migration was performed by John. He was extremely knowledgeable and most importantly - VERY PATIENT. John ported our existing numbers and provided us with a live training session on how to use Skye for Business.
