That being said, I think the end estimates were not totally unfair for our project. Ultimately Dario and his crew did a great job completely transforming our overgrown backyard with dense bushes and deeply rooted weeds. They leveled the yard, keeping in mind to slightly slope it to allow water to draw away from the house, applied sod, and installed a beautiful patio. He even recommended a border which we did not think of but it looks wonderful and natural with the adjacent garage. They also fixed up some minor uneven cement edges and a hole left by the garage installation. Everyone was super efficient and got the job done in about 2 days. As an added bonus they pruned a tree we had and mowed our overdue front lawn. Dario is also easy to reach and highly responsive. We will still keep him in mind for future jobs!
