Even though she wanted to discuss it further, I didn't carry on the conversation after the initial sentences because I felt it was not going to improve things. However, I was incorrect. When my wife asked for a smaller unit, we were told that there were none available on the first floor. When my wife asked if I wanted an upstairs unit, I said I didn't. The lady there went in to high gear to make sure we were going to be satisfied and not move to another storage company. She tried hard to find a solution. Even to the point of calling a customer who had reserved a unit on the first floor to see if they would take one on the second floor. It all worked out thanks to her.
