Then they eventually agreed to cover it, but suggested that I go get it repaired elsewhere and then submit the bill to ABS. I never did that because I didn't have the time to go to all the trouble. After getting some rock chips on the windshield they replaced, I decided to have my windshield replaced again. Only this time I chose Safelite. When Safelite came out to replace the windshield that ABS auto glass, Inc. had installed, they showed me how awful the job had been done previously by ABS. I took photos at the shotty work. I won't be using ABS again.

Wouldn't it make sense to reach out to me to confirm that I meant to book appointments for two different cars at the same time? On top of that fiasco, they also didn't have tires ready for the one car they had checked for and offered to have tires available 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time. I am not sure what has happened to this location, but their service in the past has been impeccable. I declined to wait for the tires. The wait to get them replaced was minimal and the people there were really nice. Here's the kicker - those tires turned out to be not great at all. In fact, one was so bad on the side (which I was not shown) that the tire blew out while my sister was driving, almost causing an accident. While I bought them as is, I'd prefer to have these guys be honest with me instead of just trying to sell tires to someone who doesn't know what to look for in a good used tire. If you care for you or your loved one's safety, DO NOT come here. Spend the extra $100-200 for even the worst new tires and have them installed by a reputable source.

What would be worse than not able to find a body shop to support after a collision?…read more We have a mild/medium collision that damaged both fender and bumper near the driver seat. The key problem bugging us is the driver door wouldn't open enough to get in. I am in desperate to look for an autobody to help me look into it so I can drive. Called 7-8 body shop, none of them can even schedule estimate 6-12 weeks out!! How crazy is that huh? Then I found Peter's Quality Autobody, he asked me to bring the car in the same day.
