He showed up on time and we walked through my property and discussed what I wanted and where I wanted it placed. He also showed us a brochure that had many styles and colors of fencing to choose from. Kirt promised that the job would be done in one day, very convenient for me as I was on vacation that week and did not want to sit at home for a couple of days! Kirt and his crew showed up at 7:00 am on the agreed upon date, and true to his word, were finished by 4:30 pm. When they were done you would never would have known that anyone was there. They cleaned the area, washed the fence and wrapped up and put away my garden hoses. Before he left he said that if we ever, ever had any problems, to call him and they would take care of it. Reliable Fence is not a good company…read more They didn't have a foreman at the site. The crew couldn't communicate with neighbors and didn't know the property lines. Crew put their installation equipment on my fence without even asking me. The police had to be called since they had no staking of property lines. Reliable doesn't respect property lines of neighbors or do any due diligence before installing the fence. They rely on a their contract to have no accountability for important issues of property lines and permits. When I was shopping for a fence years ago, I didn't pick Reliable Fence since cheap fencing material. They broke the noise ordinance and worked 2 hours past the deadlines. Reliable Fence Management was not concerned about breaking the rules. Just as they were not concerned with ensuring property owner staked the property boundaries. Reliable Fence Management had no concern for their staff and sent them out to work in a storm with 20 to 50 mile hour winds with large trees near the installation area. Reliable Fence was reported to the department of labor for their unsafe work practices. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. Worst Fence Company with lack of accountability. poor quality of materials, and no oversight of the workers.

We were disappointed several times between no-shows and bids with significant compromises. Luckily, we called Joe, who was comfortable doing around 60% of a fence install on hills. Joe expertly installed 300 feet of mixed chain link and vinyl fence, which alternatively blends into the background in the woods or stands proud next to the house. It looks fantastic, and we're thrilled with the result. (And so's our dog.) Give Joe a call. He'll likely be able to help on a flat yard or even something that better approximates a cliff.

Tim came out and walked our property of where we want our chain link fence installed. He brought up some concerns that would only make installation last longer, as in clearing out brush and ensuring the leaves and soil were at a ground level. We wanted the back of the fence to fade into the woods in the back and the placement does just that! We were unsure of the hill and where to place the fence and Tim walked us through the options and which would look better for us. What he suggested, makes our patio look a lot bigger, sharp and our pup can look out the front! Tim also explained the hog tie at the bottom of the fence so our pup (or any other animals) can not push under the fence! We never heard of this and are very thankful for this! Lisa from the office was very informative of next steps, deliveries and she would check in after installation! She is very welcoming and friendly and enjoyed her calls! Brian came day of installation with the team and walked the fence line with us for a final check in. We ended up changing a part of the location due to the neighbors fence and he was more than accommodating. He walked us through the next couple days and the process and was very communicative!
