Also be prepared to be asked for your insurance at every turn and take photos for them lol. I had to give it to the AI machine, upload it to there site on two different areas. When I came into the office, two different receptionists asked for the insurance. Honestly it was slightly annoying and made them appear unorganized. I have an extremely popular insurance carrier so I can't find a way to understand why they were forgetting. However, I understood they were trying to make sure the paperwork was completed. One of the receptionist that reschedules your appointment did not fit the brand of everyone else who worked there. She was slightly rude and discussing people's personal business in the office. I came in for my appointment at 2pm and the wait time was almost nonexistent. I only waited for about 4 minutes before they took me to the back to do ex rays. My experience with the actual dentist was extremely pleasant and he explained everything going on with my teeth in a way I could easily comprehend. He was also very warm and welcomed any questions I had. The hygienist who did my cleaning was sooo gentle and the best experience I've ever had. However, afterwards the reception staff was a nightmare. I had to be a constant mediator between them and the insurance company. After months of back and forth they received their payment from the insurance for the cleaning but it was such a hassle I've never encountered. Such a shame to walk away from them but I don't have 3 months after I get my cleaning to instruct them on how to deal with insurance companies. I'm still not sure about the real issue of why I had to heavily get involved but nonetheless I've decided to just make the long drive to my old dentist office for my cleaning. I might try them again if I walk by and the front staff is different lol just being honest. The dentists are top tier. I recommend if you don't mind the front desk staff

They said that they would not be able to do a regular cleaning and I would need a deep cleaning for $150. They refused to do my Regular cleaning which is included. I did not want to pay an additional $150 but decided to due it anyway because of the sales pressure from the staff. I had no cavities... I had a follow up visit on January 29, 2019. They did my regular cleaning. They advised me that I have extra build up and should come every 3 months for a regular cleaning to help with the build up. But once again, I have no cavities. I told them my insurance only covers 2 cleanings a year which is what I will be doing. She said okay no problem. I called yesterday to set up an appointment for my 6 month cleaning & the receptionist said she read the notes and I will need to come in every 3 months for a cleaning. I explained that for 30 years, I have been doing regular cleanings every 6 months with no issues. She said she didn't care what I have done in the past, it was a requirement from their office. I told her I wanted to schedule a regular cleaning (which my insurance pays for.) She said she would make the appointment but the depending on what the Dental Hygienist said, they might require a deep cleaning (additional $150.) I told her I didn't want that. She said "well if that's what they recommend, that's what we will do. We will not give you a regular cleaning" Here is a picture of my teeth!! I brush 2 times a day at least and floss a few times a week. This dentist office refused to give me my regular cleaning & insist I !!! This office is a scam!!

He does very sturdy and cosmetically appealing implants and veneers. Other dentists will try to fill non-existent cavities to make money, but he is extremely honest and conservative. Many of my family have had dental emergencies and he was there for all of them. I find his procedures and surgeries basically painless. Dr Mohip has a wonderful bedside manner. Either I am weird, (very possible) or he is just that great. I don't even need or use the pain medications prescribed for after surgery. I give him and his staff my highest recommendation.

I take great pride in my dental hygiene and was ONLY going for a boost for a brighter smile. The room I was taken to had dirty old carpet, very old chair, very old equipment, and it smelled. Everything was old. The window I looked out of was full of spider webs and cracked. When I laid back and looked to the right, I saw movement in a dark room connected to mine that was really creepy looking with things hanging from the ceiling. When I asked what was going on in the room I was told "massage and face work". The lady doing the whitening said she was a dentist in another country and I could barely understand her. I do not even see the lady on the "Meet the staff and doctors" page. She began by taking impressions of my teeth for after care treatment. I don't even know of a dentist these days that still uses the trays with putty like material. As she was mixing the putty like material for the impression, she dropped the spatula used to mix it on the floor. She wiped it off with a paper towel and sprayed it with the white spray bottle that seemed to be what is used to wipe counters. Then she came in with teeth colors to match mine, I'm assuming to compare the before and after. She chose teeth colors that were much darker and yellower than my teeth. She put the material around my gums to protect them from the whitening. She was shoving gauze with sharp utensils above and below my gums. She didn't even bother staying in the room with me during the two 15-minute zoom whitening sessions. She came back into the room when there was about 2-3 minutes left each time. And, she wore a mask but didn't cover her nose. There were multiple times I just wanted to get up and leave, but I couldn't given that I was in the middle of the procedure. After the teeth whitening, she used tweezers to rip the gauze off of my gums. The material to protect my gums had dried and hardened on the gauze and as a result she ripped my gums in a couple of places. I now have an infection around my gums and have gone to another dentist to treat the infection (clearly would NEVER trust them to go back). My teeth do NOT look any whiter than before I went in. In fact, my gums and teeth were in much better shape before she aggressively did each step of the teeth whitening procedure. Does this woman have the credentials needed to complete the Zoom whitening process in the US in a dentist's office? Again, when I checked Dr. Krape's website, she is not even listed on the meet the staff page. Dr. Krape's office should be extremely embarrassed and ashamed for the LACK THERE OF a simple zoom whitening treatment! I chose not to contact them about my experience because I do not want them to touch my mouth ever again.
