I spit this out of my coffee today! We live in the neighborhood next to this location and have been going to the old one for years and always had a great experience! Since the new building the drink quality and consistency has tanked! My wife is lactose intolerant and we have had to toss many of her drinks because they keep messing up her order. I think their coffee is fine. I'm not a local but the locals here love it out of loyalty. Nothing wrong with that but I find the coffee to be just okay. It tastes a bit watery to me. My lady loves their lattes. She is a local. One thing I hate though is the workers are trained to make small talk and I find it annoying at times because some workers are just bad at it and you're left in these awkward situations. On the Grind Rocks, I've been a regular since they first opened, and have been loyal to them ever since then. Well this morning something happened that would make a normal person have a bad taste in their mouth , but I'm not leaving a bad review today, quite the opposite in fact ! Well when I ordered my drink today and Delaney handed me my drink the lid came off(not her fault) and Boom! coffee all over my pants, the drink was cold by the way, well Delaney instatley handed me a towel without any hesitation andher ans the other employees working the booth all apologized for the mess, I guess there having issues with new lids. Which I totally understand. Well she made me a new drink and gave me a free drink card for the inconvenience, which she definitely did not have to do. The customer service here is impeccable, every morning the employees here(it differs depending on the day) are always super nice and engaging while I wait in line, I definitely hope a high up manager/owner sees this and congratulates their perfect employees on what a wonderful job their doing! I will always be an On the Grind fan! I would give 10 stars if I could. Keep doing what yall are doing! read more

Not too great. I loved it the first few times, but after a while I noticed how sloppy they were acting. They don't really use exact measurements, so it's rare that your drink ever tastes as it did the first time. I think, in my own opinion of course, that the first drink is what pulls you in and causes you to love it. But how can you continue to love that drink when it's almost never as it was before? I find that that is a big issue, and the next issue is how careless they are. They make big messes with their ingredients, which causes bees to come in and make the place more dingy. I found a bee in my drink! I let it go, and came back to tell them about my inconvenience, and they happily remade my drink. But, as I have said before, it didn't taste like the coffee I had gotten about 5 minutes before! Overall, I give it a 3 put of 5. Not really recommended, but go ahead. read more

Awesome little coffee shop that is drive-thru only. I found out afterwards that there are a few more OTGs, but it's still a great local business nonetheless. The menu is limited, but it has all you really need. If you need a serious kick, opt for the Big Tex (2 shots) or the 6 Shooter (6 shots). All of their drinks are available iced.
