I was also impressed by how they customized the photo design to match my mom's invitation perfectly. On the day of the event, the setup was beautiful, and the photo quality was top-notch, very high quality. Our guests loved it! The booth even adjusted for little ones to get in the shots. I also appreciated the unlimited photos and the option to text them to yourself; a bonus was the ability to download the pictures individually. I got…read moremarried October 2021 & we got our pictures almost a whole year after, like the end of September 2022 & the video they sent it days or a couple of weeks after the pictures. i couldn't help but to feel so disappointed in Jose's turn around time. I am not happy with my pictures to be honest...for the amount of time it took for us to get our pictures, I would think there would be photoshop/ editing of imperfections,people,background stuff etc. and there was none. We reached out to Jose a couple months after our wedding to check in, and see when we would receive our pics & video, and we kept getting the run around. I understand life happens, but I would also see him booking other photoshoots and just wondered when we would receive our pictures . We never got a sneak peak of our pictures either. We reached out a couple more times and as mentioned we would get push back/told to wait so we would, thinking he would come through. It wasn't until my husband messaged him telling him to reimburse us because it was taking too long, it took for us to send that message & Jose all of a sudden had our pictures ready. When I went through the pictures I was so disappointed. I felt like editing was rushed and noticed many things you think he'd edit out or fix. I think only the lighting on some pictures was adjusted because we asked for our money back, he just sent the pictures how they were or did a few lighting adjustments. Some pictures are darker than others. They took so long and I expected perfection thinking that because they took long he was really working on them smh. It's been 2 years since I've been married and just to put it out there I don't have any of my wedding pictures printed or hanging on my walls. And 2 years after I am still bothered over my pictures. I didn't even want to post or share my pictures on social media because it was a whole year after my wedding that I got them. We ended up booking a photographer out in Greece for our 1yr anniversary because I wanted a redo for my wedding pictures & although I am not in my wedding dress those are the ones I love & have up. So sadly, I haven't and won't recommend Jose to friends & family.

I took few family photoshoot with kids which is almost impossible mission. We end up having a beautiful studio photos I have framed at my family room. I also went for my 37th birthday and got a Photoshoot gift for myself. I had no idea what to do and what to wear or even how to look at the Camera but Keren knew how to " loosen" myself and melt into this whole fun thing of looking, smiling, posing and feeling myself because I never felt comfortable looking at a camera before . We had so much fun, I swear I need to do it again! We came up with a gorgeous spontaneous images I got so many compliments on. I'll leave few m images here so you can see yourself. She is a true genuine person and it reflect in her work with people and she just has that magic hands to know how to capture the best out of you! I highly recommend her. Nothing makes me more upset than when someone tries to take advantage of actors that they think…read moredon't know any better. And that happens A LOT in this business. If you want to be able to print out your headshots, do NOT do business with Keren. Here was the agreement: A headshot session for 3 looks, with retouching ($350.) She emailed me the web version of my shots that I had selected (1.4MB) and I never even received the larger files for high res printing. So I email her and tell her that the file is too small and is not useable to be printed as an 8x10 headshot. She says she didn't know that I needed to print them (WHAT??? What else do you even do with headshots?) I start getting really upset and after twisting her arm (Did I mention that I paid her cash IN FULL, so it's not like I owe her money or anything...) she agrees to send me a larger file. She sends a 2.4 (still too small- they should be around 6MB) Also, she says that I'm lucky she even retouched them and that most photographers won't do that. Ummm, if you go to her website (http://www.kerenbenamiphotography.com/#!rates/ctya) she includes retouched images as part of her headshot package. I mean the whole idea of a headshot shoot is to be able to submit to roles, give PHYSICAL copies to your agent, and also to casting directors when you enter the room. Am I crazy??? THE KICKER: Then she offers to print them herself. She says she has never had this trouble before and that she can print them for me, at an additional cost. ON CANVAS I MIGHT ADD! WHAT AM I GOING TO DO WITH THAT??? (See photos.) So now I'm out the money that I had saved up for this shoot and I don't even have one shoddy shot to use. My shoot was on April 9. It is now May 25 and I STILL don't have the high res version of my pictures. I asked her for a refund and she dragged out our conversation for 2 weeks, even dragging Argentum photo lab into the mix. She sent emails threatening to slander me in the industry. I am not even kidding. (See photos.) Lady, I just want my money back. BOTTOM LINE: I paid her for her service and cannot use the finished product. She does the "bait and switch" on her website- technically, it does NOT say that you will receive the high res version for printing, but in LA, that is what headshots are used for and it is implied that that would be included in any standard headshot package. Check out the emails. And save yourself the agony of coming here.
