Dvir came out quickly and diagnosed the problem. He was able to clean out a clogged drain very efficiently. On top of that I mentioned that my top rack was acting up/ not sliding out all the way. He was there was a broken bracket and ordered the part for me. So two problems solved for a very reasonable service fee. I will definitely be calling AM PM again for any appliance problems. He was very courteous and knowledgeable with reasonable fees.

Small shop but packed to the brim with both of the brands we wanted to see. John was super friendly and knowledgeable and gave a full explanation of each of the machine models we had targeted (C3 and E3). Absolutely zero pressure or upsell vibes. We decided to go with the Miele and were able to get the additional attachments, and bags/filter packs we wanted as well (everything was in stock). Opened the vacuum's box in the store and verified everything was functional before we left. The miele vacuum is a dream and so much better than the old Dyson - by far! We couldn't be more pleased with it. I feel confident that we got good value for the money and if there are any issues this shop will be able to address them easily. I like knowing that we can bring it in and they will take care of it on site instead of sending it away. Long story short: great service, excellent product knowledge, zero sales pressure, great selection of models/accessories and technically capable of complete repairs on site if ever necessary. What more could you want? Highly reccommend!

Initially, they charged a $167 diagnostic fee and a $663 parts prepayment, promising a 10-day fix. Instead, they sat on my money for over a week before ordering the parts. When I called to check in, staff were incredibly rude and blamed me for the delay. Four weeks later, a technician finally installed the parts and left without testing them. I paid another $143--bringing the total to $973--but the machine failed immediately. The technician visited a week later (for the third time) and admitted he didn't know how to fix it. Management has completely ignored my requests to speak with them. They eventually promised a refund (minus the diagnostic fee) but have provided no written confirmation or money. Totem defaulted on every promise. Save your resources and avoid them entirely.

I last reviewed this company back in 2017, but I recently needed their services again (why oh why…read moredo appliances stop working when you need them most??? WHY?). My stovetop had two of its five burners stop working, and my fridge was overdue for regular maintenance. Priority is one of the manufacturers' authorized repair companies for both appliances (that alone says a lot), and I remember how professional they were when they were last here, so I called them again. Shay is the dispatcher/scheduler who was able to get me an appointment fairly quickly, and Devon was the repairman who visited. Both were fantastic. I like how this company has been around for a long time, and how they guarantee their work and parts for 90 days. I like how Devon was so polite and respectful of my place, leaving it as neat - or neater! - than how he found it. I also liked how he took the time to show me a few maintenance and trouble-shooting hacks for my stove and fridge. Nice! My one issue: this company is pricey. I trust them, so I'm okay paying the costs, but yeah, the costs are steep. One thing I've never encountered before: they charge you per appliance, not per visit or by the hour. So say, if the repairman is there to check on the stove, there's the charge for that. If he's done in 10 minutes and you want him to also check on an oven or fridge or exhaust - even if it's just a tiny issue, - they'll charge you again for that service. (Usually, in my experience, companies charge by the hour, and there's a one-hour minimum charge plus one "visit" charge. Once the guy is there, you got him for an hour and they can check as many issues as can fit in that one hour. Not this company, alas). Again, I trust Priority, and I know they back up their work, so I'm okay with this pricing, but it's important to know this going in, especially if you have multiple appliances that need to be looked at.

The fan is not used daily--my tenant rarely cooks--yet it began making noise just over six months after the repair. Their 90-day workmanship warranty is extremely short. For appliances that aren't used often, you may not even discover a failed repair until that window has passed. They also do not stand behind the parts they install, leaving customers completely unprotected. Each service call costs $317, and once the 90 days are over, you're on your own--even when it's clear the repair didn't last. This was an expensive and frustrating experience. Consumer aware!
