Well I took the fish shaped waffle off the soft serve and ate the sorbet with a spoon then took a bite out of my waffle fish! Apparently after watching everyone else around me, you're supposed to just bite the waffle while it sits atop the soft serve. Oh well I guess I'll have to come back and try it that way next time! The soft serve is very light and the flavours are delicate. The waffle is really yummy with a soft chew. It's a busy and popular spot filled with teens and twenty somethings. The lineup moves pretty quickly but seats are often taken. Tables don't get wiped down often as staff are busy making cones but you can always ask them to wipe it down for you. Great dessert place for something light and refreshing.

I usually get the flavored taiyaki here. Compared to traditional taiyaki, Little Pisces ones are chewier, sort of like fried mochi. The fillings are all very good and they're freshly made. They have a 5-piece combo deal where it comrs out to just a little over $3 per taiyaki. The supermarket right below sells 3 taiyakis (that are very good) for about $5 though, so Little Pisces is a bit expensive comparatively. The ice cream come with a taiyaki on top and is super cute. There's usually quite a long line to order and to get the food. Sometimes the line is out the door. Even after ordering, they give you a little buzzer thing that buzzes when your order is ready. This can take quite a long time if there's alot of people. While there is seating, it is limited and people tend to stay awhile, so don't depend on being able to eat inside. In the winter it kind of sucks as you have to exit to eat. I also came here for their hot chocolate festival drinks. The lines were insanely long. The hot chocolate was $12 each and not very big. While the flavors were unique, they weren't very good overall and took forever to wait for.

There were a few unique flavors of gelato like yuzu and black sesame. It was intense in flavor and super smooth. In addition to gelato, there's also cakes/pastries. Those too were also really good. The pear almond crostini was delicious. PS on the day I visited, the temperature inside was warmer than outside. The air was also pretty stale which downgraded the ambiance however it was something minor.

This time, I visited to try their limited item for the Hot Chocolate Festival. #021 Milano Tehran - A luxurious fusion of flavors, this hot chocolate pairs the rich, floral notes of Iranian saffron with the creamy smoothness of Callebaut's premium Belgian white chocolate. Served with an in-house-made cannoli piped with pistachio gelato. The white chocolate texture was smooth, and I liked the balance of sweetness. The standout item was the pistachio gelato in the cannoli. As usual, the gelato was very delicious. However, the hot chocolate temperature was too high, and it seemed to have lost some of its flavor because of that. It was hard for me to taste the saffron flavor or the floral notes. I think I will revisit to try a different item, though the gelato never disappoints.

Picked up a Too Good to Go package from Baskin Robbins. On the app under "About this Surprise Bag"…read moreit said "Ice Cream Cake." With a description like that, I naturally thought it was going to be an ice cream cake that I'd be picking up. Well I got to the store and person helping me told me there was no ice cream cake. Only two containers of ice cream in it. For $9.99 plus tax, it was still a very good deal. I have in the past bought a container of ice cream from Baskin Robbins on the 31st of the month when they sell their ice cream for 31% off. Compared with that, getting 2 containers of ice cream for just $9.99 is a way better deal. No complaints as far as value goes. I was very happy with what I was bringing home. Just as a matter of principle though, the app really shouldn't be misrepresenting the items that a store is offering. I had half hoped I might be able to bring home the ice cream cake and store it in the freezer for an upcoming birthday; however, it was not to be. As for the two flavors I came home with...One container had NDCC on it, and we guess that was Non Dairy Cookies n Cream. That was pretty much confirmed once we opened up the container. The other container had SC written on it. That was trickier to figure out. Our first thought was Salted Caramel, but there's no Salted Caramel on the Baskin Robbins menu. Some Google searching told me that it was most likely Gold Medal Ribbon based on the taste and appearance of the ice cream. Both flavors are delicious. I've never tried Gold Medal Ribbon before and I absolutely love it now. The Non Dairy Cookies n Cream is great too. I'd highly recommend it for anyone whose has problems with lactose.

Today, I came and got their strawberry cheese cake ice cream. One scoop in a cup for $4.99. Not bad. The store front is quite bright and eye catching. From a distance, you can smell the tasty waffle cones coming from their store. They used to be at Metrotown many years ago and like a year ago they reopened. I was actually quite happy to see them coming back. As a tip, come here on the 31st of the month for a 31% discount on their take home ice cream. Service was good here. There are a few seating inside. I highly recommend coming here.

I looooved the storefront itself; it appears that they make their own toppings and have local suppliers for their tea products. Friendly staff, a good recommendation for matcha and cute little souvenirs. Need to try their milk tea products next time!

I love the crocheted items. They are so cute. We ordered a Baiko Matcha and a Pink Lychee. Both drinks were enjoyable but I honestly didn't taste much Lychee in my drink. I tasted mostly Strawberry in it. I think I would probably choose some kind of tea beverage next time. After all, with a name like Teaspoons & Co., I guess they would excel in making tea rather than a fruity drink like Pin Lychee. I love the selection of goods on their shelves. Passionfruit Syrup and Wintermelon Syrup both caught my eye. The Wintermelon Syrup I found to be especially unique. I have definitely never come across Wintermelong Syrup in a store before. I was very tempted to buy one of them but in the end, ended up restraining myself. Might buy one next time though.
