I hopped onto their website and was able to request my ice delivery right away. They offer delivery by the hour and they will drop it off anywhere within the metro Vancouver area. Shortly after putting in that request, I got an email saying they received my request and that in order to finalize the order, I just needed to pay the invoice. Once the invoice was paid, I was good to go. On the day of my event, they showed up within the hour time frame that I requested with all the ice that I needed. I was surprised with how easy the whole process was. Dang Good Ice is reliable and easy - would highly recommend!

The soft serve is very light and the flavours are delicate. The waffle is really yummy with a soft chew. It's a busy and popular spot filled with teens and twenty somethings. The lineup moves pretty quickly but seats are often taken. Tables don't get wiped down often as staff are busy making cones but you can always ask them to wipe it down for you.
